Un hotel muy bonito y todos se esmeran para que disfrutes tu estadia.

Instalaciones muy viejas, servicio malo, lento. No tienen lo básico como botellas de agua para la venta.

Staff were unwelcoming, seemed too busy to be interested. Considerably less hospitable than on visits several years ago

Las instalaciones están viejas, sin mantenimiento, sucias.

Excellent stay. My only two issues were: 1. They use firm mattresses so bed was a bit hard for my taste 2. Water pressure from shower wasn't that great. Other than that, the property is gorgeous, landscape well-kept and the staff was above and beyond. Recommend a lot! Super close to downtown area and they offer taxi service at the lobby if you need it. 10/10

The place was beautiful and convenient for I time in Aguascalientes. Wedding reception was there. The staff especially, the bell ot Sr. Angel, was great.
