①ランドリー アプリを登録してカード払い、とのことでしたが、アメリカの電話番号を持っていないと使用できず、コインに両替してやっと使用できました。 さらに、ミディアムの温度で乾燥機に入れましたが、全く乾いていませんでした。部屋干しをして乾かしました。 ②駐車場 チェックインした時に駐車料金の説明はなく、毎日、出庫するたびにクレジットカードで40ドルを支払っていたのですが、最終的にチェックアウトする時に、明細書に駐車料金の35ドルが請求され支払われており、二重に駐車料金を払っていることになってしまいました。 夫がそのことをホテル側にメールして、返金手続きをしています。 ③ハウスキーピング 一日置きのハウスキーピングだという説明が、チェックインの時にありませんでした。

ホテル内にビーチとプールがあり、徒歩で街に出られる立地のよさもあり、楽しめました。口コミに少ないランドリーとテニスコートの情報を添えます。 宿泊者専用ランドリー。現金とアプリの両方で支払い可能。洗濯・乾燥それぞれ2ドル。レセプションでクオーター硬貨に両替してもいいけど、アプリも操作が簡単で楽ちん。 テニスコート。コートとボールは無料。ラケットレンタルは1本10ドル。コート脇のテニスショップで事前予約が可能。

便利な場所にあります。

程よくコンフォタブル。オーシャンビューは期待してはいけない。小さいビーチは子供と遊んだりするにはもってこい。ダウンタウンもすぐ近く、散歩したり食事に出かけるのに便利。

Best location to go shopping and restaurants. I liked the beach chair area for hotel guests on the beach. The cool yellow wristbands were a great way to indicate hotel guests as well as a hotel key. ABCstore and coffee shop in the hotel were good. I was not sure about the other stores in the mall as they closed early in the evening. I think this would be the hotel of choice if I had the opportunity to visit Kailua-Kona.

立地はとても良いと感じました。 プライベートビートプールのセットもよく思いました。 また、スタッフの方も英語の苦手な私に対して親切に対応頂いたと思います。 ただし、施設は改装したとはいえ古く、廊下のカーペットや水回りは新しくして頂ければと感じました。 コーヒーメイカーは半分故障しているかと感じました。

カイルアコナの街を観光するのに最適なホテル。目の前にビーチもありショッピング、街歩きに便利。ホテルにもレストランあるけど、近くにいろんなレストランやカフェがあるので困らない。ホテル内にABC Storeもあり、シェイブアイスのお店は美味しくて2度食べた。２泊したが、まだ行きたいところがあるので、いつかまた宿泊したいと思う。フロントに日本語を話せるスタッフがいたのでよかった。 バスタブのない部屋になったのが残念だった。

申し込み前日より15000円も高くなり、クリスマスなのでしょうがないかと思ったが、それに加えて現地で10000円くらい取られなんだかなぁーと。 ハワイのホテルのスタッフは40年前と比べたらどこも格段によくなってますね。とても気持ち良いサービスでした。

James, Toa, and Jatty were so kind and helpful throughout my stay. From the room, to the pool, to the beach, it was so nice and convenient to just relax and have a lovely stay-cation.

We enjoyed especially the snorkeling, the jacuzzi, and the pool.

The beach and pool were great, easily accessible. Plenty of activities to enjoy. We booked the submarine and swimming with the manta rays. The food at the luau was delicious and event was top notch. Staff was friendly and helpful. We had a wonderful stay!

It was a good experience, but it could be better. The staff and service could improve significantly.

Hotel is in a great location, and it is a full service hotel with pool, spa, and several restaurants and a bar near the pool. The rooms could use a bit of updating, but it was comfortable. I was there 2 nights, and my room wasn't cleaned, which was disappointing. It wasn't cheap, so I expected a bit more. Front desk was understaffed, and the restaurant only serves $58 brunch on Sundays. I wanted to order off the menu, but I was told that wasn't an option.

Love the location of the hotel. So many things to do inside the resort. Many restaurants and shops in walking distance. Will definitely be back to this resort.

My room was on the fourth floor overlooking the beach front swimming pool is great great music. I just spent one night just to see what it would be like. I’ll think I’ll come back again and stay a little longer.
