バスタブの栓が無かった、ティシュが無い

コノリー駅の前、バスアラスや路面電車停留所もすぐでスーパーや飲食店もたくさんある場所なのでとても便利です。昨年初めて利用した際、このホテルのジムでトレーニングマシンを使えて、旅行中の体調管理がしっかりでき嬉しかったので、今回は早期に返金不可で予約しました。実際には残念ながら筋トレマシンがほとんどなくなっていて（とても古かったので仕方ないですが）運動が思うようにできなかったです。また、部屋のすぐ外で工事中、騒音については説明がありましたが、結局カーテンを閉めっぱなしでないといけなかったので、返金不可というのには気をつける必要がありそうです。

建物は続いていましたが、ホテルの名前が違いました。

場所が大変便利なところ。空港バス、市内路面電車LUAS、中長距離鉄道DART、長距離鉄道駅の全てから徒歩すぐ。二泊しましたが、初日はLUASの一日券で市内観光、二日目はDARTの一日券で郊外の断崖や海岸散歩ができました。ホテルは見た目小さく古く見えますが中に入ると奥が深く、静かで、内装はとても綺麗にリノベしてあります。部屋は大変現代的で快適に過ごせました。クラブラウンジは小さく日中の食物はクッキーくらいですが、何よりバルコニーが鉄道が見下ろせて開放的で価値あり。

バスタブがあるのは良かったですが、水温の調節機能はなくcoldまたはhotどちらかに合わせてお湯を溜めるタイプでした。hotから出てくるお湯が温かくない上に水量が少ないのでバスタブに溜めるまでに時間がかかりますます冷めてしまいました。温水プール程度の温度でしょうか。5月なのでまだ良かったですが、秋冬なら耐えられなかったと思います。

The hotel was lovely and had a nice atmosphere. The staff were friendly and the hotel was quiet and not noisy at all. There is a Spar shop around the corner, the train station right outside too and the hotel is a short 20 min or so walk to the city centre.

This could be a fabulous hotel but it is let down by its location and the customer service. Stayed in a Club room which was great. Well designed and clean and comfortable. Except that it had a direct view of a railway track and the noise from the trains is very full on when one passes. The rooms are “smart” rooms with individual WiFi and we couldn’t work out the password, called reception and was told very brusquely by Carlo to press home on the TV twice. Didn’t work. He was very impatient, said he would send someone up nobody came. Tried to charge on arrival despite having pre-paid. Wasn’t interested in seeing the receipt for payment and kept insisting that he needed to collect payment. Eventually backed down. Ate in the North restaurant, food was OK and reasonably priced but service was VERY slow. The area around the hotel is far from the best that Dublin has to offer

The area wasn’t the best, close to the railway station but quite a lot of dodgy characters about. Bedroom was also not particularly clean, bedding was soiled when we arrived and I had to ask them to change the bedding. Toilet didn’t flush waste away properly and the floor needed hoovered….

Der var larm fra tog der nærmest kører hen over hotellet samt susen fra ventilationen. Mit vindue var lige ind i en mur. Den medfølgende morgenmad var nærmest bar en bolle. Dog var indretningen. Dog var indretningen pæn, personalet søde og restauranten god.

Rooms were great and clean. Food was really good We booked to use the spa on the sunday, the day we checked out as our flight wasn't until late. They told us you could not have the full day and would have to leave at the same time as the hotel check-out But still have to pay full price. You should be able to have the full day at the spa on your last day, ridiculous rules. Ruined my partners birthday, whcih happened to be on the sunday the day of check out.

The room was large and had good button tech to open curtains and lights. Could have done with hot chocolate in the room but this was available in the lounge.

Room was very warm couldn’t sleep with heat told reception but didn’t fix till last night there. We have been here before but it’s looking a bit tired now

Clean. Spacious Room. Good location right beside train station and close to the 3 arena. Check-in was quick, hassle free and the staff were friendly.

Reception staff were amazing - really friendly and helpful.

The hotel was spotless the staff could help us enough we were on 7 floor there was a room which we could used the views were stunning especially at night with all lights for tea x coffee
