It is an old hotel with small rooms. Very disappointing facilities except its restaurant.

Loved the properly and the Dockside Restaurant. Pillows were too hard. Great showers. Friendly staff.

Very friendly staff. A very pleasant and enjoyable stay. The only thing that would have made my stay more enjoyable would have been a heated towel rack in the bathroom.

I live Thurs hotel. This was the second time we came for a romantic weekend…the views are incredible when you are dining in the property. Food is ok…nothing incredibly notable…most definitely the view you are paying for. Stroll out of the lobby direct to numerous restaurants, shops and markets one The Granville Island. You can hop on a water taxi and take all over the local area.

Everything was great but the hallway to our room smelled like urine And at the dockside we wanted a quick drink at 915pm and we just stood there with numerous staff looking at us and moving on with there business , just a smile and acknowledgement would have been nice. We left

Have stayed in Vancouver twice before and will only stay here after this. The restaurant was excellent and the hotel was super clean, quiet and well appointed. Art, restaurants, boats, market, gardens, walking and biking are why so many come to Granville Island. Leave the street populations and all that comes with it behind and stay here. Easy public transportation and shared ride to anywhere; take the False Creek ferries like the locals and meet some!

The hotel is not grand but charming, in a nice location. The rooms are big. Bed linens look elegant and are comfortable. Service is superb. Some rooms have view of the water. It has a waterfront restaurant too. I do appreciate the service and a touch here and there to make your stay just a little more pleasant. Will stay again.

Good location but dated rooms. I had to request a second chair so my husband and I could both have a place to sit other than on the bed. They were quick to provide it, though it was a bit worn. Restaurant was excellent. Need more comfortable lounge chairs inside and out.

This is our absolute favourite hotel in Vancouver. Highly recommended!

Granville Island is a very nice area. Very pricey but the entire island is walkable and safe.
