スタッフやる気全く無くチェックインするのに15分ほどかかりました。 部屋も汚く朝食も期待はしないが他より全然ダメで今までで1番ダメだったかもしれません。

Four day stay. The cleaning crew never once came into my room. I had to ask for towels every evening i got back. Floor was very stained up everywhere. Side doors were not accessible, had to go through the front door every time.

Floors were dirty tile was missing grout. Water running in tub and sink all night.

The staff are all amazing! They where very accommodating for my service dog. The hot tub and pool where perfect. My room was on the second floor, right by the elevator. I have other business trips scheduled. This will be the only place I stay.

It was nice my first room my Jetta tub didn’t have a drain plug so they switched me rooms everything was good

The hosts were very friendly and eager to serve. The hotel was clean. Breakfast was below average. The room was clean and comfortable. The door between the bed and living areas needed repairs and didn’t close easily due to the bed placement. It was okay!!

The bathroom was disgusting. The shower head had so much calcium and lime that i couldnt even get my hair rinsed. The shower rod had fallen down and it was put back up but the sheetrock from the hole was falling all over. Will never stay there again and i will be letting all my colleagues know as well. There was also rodents and pest control baits throughout room. Id like to requst my money back

The hotel was very clean; however, they only had one housekeeper on staff and our beds were made up only one time during our 7 days stay. However, Shakopee is a good area to stay and close to Paisley Park in Chanhassen, MN and close to downtown Minneapolis, MN. The 2 gentlemen working the desk was awesome. The breakfast was okay, and the free parking was nice.

The location was great! Close to the hwy to access everything. There was restaurants, gas stations and shopping near by. The hotel was clean, staff was friendly. The beds were comfortable. The breakfast was as you would expect, waffles, yogurt, bagels, cereal, coffee and juice. Would definitely stay again.

No complaints! A spacious, comfortable clean room, good breakfast, and a great running path accessible behind the property.

Good Price very affordable

I’ve stayed at this place countless time. I’m not sure if there is different management but it always smells and looks clean. People behind the desk are quick and friendly. I will continue to stay here, and recommend if your needing a place to stay in Shakopee.

Busy area during the day. Lots of dining near by. Feels safe and quiet at night.
