部屋が広くゆったりとしていてありがたかった。 別のホテルではハウスキーピングにいくつか問題があったので、ここは特に問題なくきちんとしてて良かった。 コンセントがあまりないのと、ドライヤーが時代物なのが少し気になる程度。 スタッフの方も皆さん親切で良くしていただきました。 朝食会場からトラムが見れて良い感じ。 隣に小ぶりなスーパーがあります。

It was convenient to go anywhere, the staff was friendly, and there was a supermarket on the first floor, so I was able to spend a comfortable time. I think I will stay at this hotel for my next stay.

I liked your perfect hospitality. All the stuff were feriendly and kind. The location was also very nice. One thing that I was annoyed was the condition of the bathroom. That was very old, and one part of the walls in the bathroom was wet due to water leak.The renovation will be needed. Also toilet paper holder was broken.

クラッシックツインルームに宿泊しました。2日前にも3泊し、チェックアウトの際に「また来たら10％割引にします」とフレンドリーに話していたので、割引については事前決済なので期待していませんでしたが、再訪問時に「welcome again 」のように歓迎の言葉が何かしらあるのではと思っていました。まったく初めてのお客として扱われ、夫がたまりかね「先日から２回目です」と話すと、かろうじて「あ、はい」と一瞬だけ笑顔を向けてくれました。また部屋は、クラッシックというのは、古い設備の部屋という意味でした。壊れているかと思われるほど反応が鈍い窓付けのエアコン、壁に着いているシャンプーやボディシャンプーのほかにアメニティはありません。また、格下の部屋用の朝食会場は1Fで、先日の8Fの会場よりパンが固かったりカプチーノが不味かったり。壁の装飾の枠組みも外れかけており、星3つのホテルかと思います。ランクを下げたなら、清潔感はあるので良いと思います。

場所がとても便利でした。街中のホテルの割に部屋がとても広かった。地下の駐車場も停めやすくて良かったです。

Older hotel in excellent location but hallways need updated paint.

Location is excellent, roof top br is nice a but a bit pretentious. We did eat in the hotel other than breakfast which is the usual continental with a cooked option. Plenty of variety and fresh so recommended. Beds were very comfortable and bedrooms spacious. Overall a good hotel with friendly helpful staff.

Guest services were amazing. We arrived very early and they were able to help with storing our luggage. Gave us directions and assistance with some activities while waiting for our room. Rita was very knowledgeable of surrounding areas and helped with directions. Within walking distance to various bus routes and tours

Staff was friendly when I check in; however, after I checked out, they wanted nothing to do with you. I forgot to request taxi to take us to the airport at a time of checkout. as I remember later, I went back to reception to request, they told me to catch the taxi outside of the hotel. In a meanwhile, they booked taxi for my cousins whom had not checked out yet. It is so ridiculous. I do not think I would want to return to this hotel with this experience.

Tolle Lage zwischen Kastell, Tejo und Altstadt. Direkt an der Starthaltedtelle der Tram 28. Sehr freundlich. Auch der Stromausfall in ganz Portugal hat das Personal nicht sichtbar in Aufregung versetzt.

The Mundial is I a great location to enjoy the Old City with lots of shops, restaurants and transportation options. Staff is very friendly and helpful. Love the roof bar with views of the castle. Food and drinks are excellent. The rooms are comfortable with firm beds. It’s also nice to have the outdoor balcony. It’s an older hotel but kept up nicely.

Esse hotel esta em boa localização, o atendimento é muito bom, o quarto é grande, e o atendimento é ótimo. Estavamos durante o apagão, e o hotel fez de tudo para garantir jantar para os hospedes. O café da manhã é muito bom, mas poderia ter mais variedade de frutas.

The rooftop, nice breakfast and quite close to city center and some landsmarks.

We appreciated the service and assistance we received. We felt safe and comfortable the whole time. It was a quick and easy walk to the main square with shopping.
