設備は古いが良く整備されていて清潔感がある

ここには5泊しました。立地は最高です。高速道路を下りてすぐのところにあり、スーパーやファストフードなど、いろいろと揃っています。当初、部屋はキングサイズベッドのところを予約していましたが、入ってみたところ、他の部屋に比べて狭かったため、フロントでクイーンサイズのツインルームに切り替えてもらいました（料金は一緒）。部屋の暖房がうまくコントロールできず、暑くなりすぎたり、部屋が乾燥してしまったりということがありました。夜にバスルームの電気（白熱球）が切れてしまったのですが、交換することができないので部屋を移ってほしい、という話になりました。結局、バスルームを使うときだけ,隣の部屋を使うというイレギュラーな対応をしてくれることになりました。それまでフロントの対応はかなり悪くていい印象がなかったのですが、この時のフロントの方はかなりよくしてくれました。ハウスキーピングの人が洗剤のスプレーを部屋に忘れていったり、多分この人のものだと思われる飲みかけのコーヒーカップが机の上に置かれていたり、とイヤになるようなこともありましたが、まぁそれはご愛敬ということにしておきます。

Sheets and room appeared clean but there was a roach in my room.

Do NOT recommend this hotel whatsoever. The room we were assigned was very filthy and mold ridden. So many cobwebs in every corner as well the lamp shades. The sinks faucet was jimmy rigged and was loose and would come out of the base. The toilet was NOT bolted in the the floor and would sway side to side and not flush properly. The tubs caulking was covered in mold. I approached the front desk to see about a room exchange or refund. She was too busy chatting with her boyfriend that she was inattentive. The other room we looked at wasn’t any better. We were given the runaround when we asked for a refund. The woman there that evening said she we had to wait for the manager to approve the refund and said that he would be in at 6am. We tried calling and was told he was not in to call back at 9:30am. I called back at 9:45am and he was still not in. I was very frustrated with this situation.

We did not stay there at all. Tried over and over to cancel but was unable to do so. Your site makes things very difficult and we are most disappointed that we were unable to cancel or change our stay.

The front desk was very friendly so I hate to leave a bad review, but the sheets were not clean, the floors looked like they hadn’t been swept or mopped in a long time. Same with the bathroom and shower. Behind lamps and furniture there were just piles of dirt. When you pull up outside it looks modern and clean, so going into the room and it being outdated and dirty wasn’t expected. There was also a lot of noise outside so I didn’t sleep at all. Just not a great stay unfortunately.

I did not stay the smoking was horrible i was told they did not have non smoking rooms because everyone stands out to smoke it goes thru the air conditioners

This hotel was great. The price was reasonable. We were surprised by the nice, large, newly renovated room. Light breakfast was perfect. Staff was very friendly. We had heavy traffic, road construction and detour due to a bad car accident. We got to the hotel at midnight and were very tired. Check-in was fast and friendly. Thanks.

Every thing in the room from sockets to the toilet and bedding, light bulbs /fixtures, etc. were cracked or broken and didn’t work. The pool was closed for the majority of one of the days that I was there. Even the lobby had leaking water from the air conditioner.

I booked a single king handicap accessible. Did not get said room. Room was a double bed not the least bit accessible.
