総合評価とレビュー SureStay Plus Hotel by Best Western Silver City

古い設備ですが、きれいにメンテナンスされ佇まいの良いホテルでした。 部屋の隅々も埃がなく、エアコンをつけてもカビ臭くなく とても気持ちよく滞在出来ました。 朝食内容が貧弱だったのが残念です。 朝6：00過ぎに行きましたが、ハンバーグパティは一枚しかありませんでした。

We were pleased with the stay because we had a bit of time at the pool and breakfast was included. The 2 bed room had everything you need, microwave, fridge, iron (always handy). I just thought it would be a little bigger. Great location, and easy access to stores and food.

It was clean. check in was upper easy and fast. my only issues is the ac it stays on so it get super cold at night.

There was a very bad musty smell in the room. We had to leave the window open and the air on to help it a bit.

It was clean but over priced also bathroom door did not work and it did not match the room photos

The hotel was okay. The carpet needs to be shampooed or replaced. The rooms were dark. Their was not enough breakfast for the guests. The balcony was a nice spot to hang out. The pool and hot tub were enjoyable. The cost of the stay was over priced.

The place was clean. However, getting to a room had too many turns. It was easy to get to my room.

Everything was fine until the second night when I found a live roach running around in the bathroom.

Very dated. Cold food. Very hard uncomfortable bed.

Jets in hot tub didn’t work well and then we noticed something weird on bottom of it. Kinda cakey? We hoped the hot water killed any bacteria from whatever it was. Shower in bathroom whistled. Not a song. Just a high-pitched whistle. But oversall stay was good, including free hotel breakfast.

This place is a dive. We saw lots of homeless inside the hotel itself. The staff are nice but not dressed professionally and seemed always to be outside smoking joints. The pool smelled and needed a chemical shock treatment and a water change. Most of the hotel smells like stale smoke. The duvet covers werw grimmy to the touch and clearly needed to be washed. Only positive is the beds were comfort, the fridge worked and it has working AC and heat.
