空港でレンタカーを借りたので15分でホテルに着いた。フロントの対応がとても親切。すぐ近くにMeierという24時間開いている何でも売っている大型店が有るので、持ってくるのを忘れて困っていても何時でも買いに行けて便利だった。 周りには他にもたくさんの大型店がある。 ホテルにはレストランが無いので、車が無いと歩いて行けるレストランが限られる。 高速道路と空港の間に位置しているので、音が少し気になった。 コロナ禍なのか袋入りのハムエッグがサンドされたパンを電子レンジで温めるかシリアル、ヨーグルト、パック入りフルーツ、ジュース、コーヒー、紅茶などしか無くて、ちょっと寂しい朝食。 私達はダブルベッドが二つの部屋を取りましたが、広いリビングスペースでL字型のソファーもあってゆっくりくつろげた。 コロナ対策もしっかりされていて清潔。

The staff was amazing during our late night check-in. Very polite and helpful. Room was so nice and clean.

Limited parking that requires payment even for overnight. Dark parking lot and felt sketchy walking through it at night. Strange super dated rooms that definitely need to be brought into this century with a remodel. More expensive than it should have been. Surprised it meets the standards to be a Hyatt property Plenty of dining and shopping in the area

My family will never stay here again. We're absolutely disappointed and upset with the treatment we recieved. So much so I called corporate who was very apologetic and reached out to this hotel. I was told things would be made right and someone would contact me. Not one call not one try from this hotel. The room was dirty, not as shown in photos. Bathroom super small and very dirty. Beds are very small and poor quality. My special needs children were so excited to stay here to get away from day to day medical appointments and surgeries. We were never told the pool was closed and not working. When checking in we werent told. Yet after i made my complaint they started telling everyone else. The breakfast was horrific and not cooked correctly undercooked meat made ys all sick. $600 down the drain. I want a partial refund. But of course not a single call back. Ill be calling corporate again. 0/10 recommended to stay here. Im disgusted at how rude the lady was at the front desk. (The blonde i didnt get your name, thanks for being the only one who was remotely kind in trying to talk to us).

Had mold in the bathroom and bathroom door was not closing properly. Room was dirty. Pool not working.

First time having to pay to park. Was told hyatt members dont have to pay.but because i used 3rd party . Was going to be charged. Room has note . Sink was not working. Note on top of sink with tape. Bucket underwear sink. Smelled horrible. I said something to staff at desk. Wouldnt move to other room and nothing was done about it. Would have liked a little bit of.discount for inconvenience

Check-in was not good and not a welcoming face but Check-out was good because of the staff. Room had dirty towels and blankets. Breakfast buffet had dirty plates and cutleries. Not a clean hotel overall. Will never come again.

Staff was friendly. We were supposed to have our room cleaned every other day since we stayed a week. They didnt come and we had to go to the front desk and only had trash emptied and new towels, not a real room cleaning. Breakfast was good and room was spacious.

We were not told the pool was closed . I booked this hotel specifically for my 8 yr old granddaughter to swim. Such a disappointment. Was not told this when checked in Just seen it on pool door.

Staff and more important expedia communications was horrible. Expedia was extremely rude and very unhelpful with my situation. I could go on and on but it is not worth my time.

Clean, nice large room for our family. Close to downtown

We booked this hotel for a Flag football tournament. We had eight children with us who were ready to swim, but when we got there, we were told the pool was out of order. In addition, the “restaurant“ was not even a restaurant. There was no one working there, and there was no bartender. The breakfast was not good. Everything was cold.

Check-in was a slow process due, in part, to the cumbersome process to pay for parking. Breakfast was below average. Food was not the best. Eggs were like eating rubber and oatmeal was instant.

It was a nice hotel but honestly one of the lowest of the Hyatt hotels I’ve stayed at. The people were very sweet and amazing but the hotel itself had many flaws. I don’t want to point out those because overall it was okay. But one thing that is huge is I had 3 little ones, 3 and under, and they were hopping around and I noticed an exposed RUSTY metal objected connected to the heater. That should NOT be exposed. I had a love one that got cut by a rusty object and had to have their leg amputated. That is very dangerous. Especially since I have little ones hopping around. That is something that MUST be taken care of.

First off the customer service is great and the airport shuttle was spot on! I gave the hotel a low score for the parking lot condition and lack of space for big vehicles. I also was not impressed by the condition of the hotel. With such exceptional staff, it is well overdue for an upgrade! In addition, our couch had small black bugs all over it! We were sitting there and suddenly felt like we were being bitten! Yikes! The ice bucket was rusted and the fridge barely functioned. Just needs an upgrade and some attention maintenance-wise!

Everything was great except the pool was freezing but no big deal.

It was a good stay, very conveniently located, but I was turned off by the hotel, charging $8.00 a day for parking fee. This had never happened to us.
