フロントデスクの説明が不十分。

ExtendedStayに泊まるのは１０軒目くらいですが、こちらのホテルは朝ごはんの品が欠品が多かったです。　バスルームに前の人が使ったタオルが残されていました。　全体的に、ほかのExtendedStayに比べるとちょっといまいち、、と思いました。

Spent the night after attending the Minnesota Scottish Fair and Highland Games. Didn't book the room until the Thursday before attending on Saturday. Wasn't able to check in until after 8:00pm, yet the front desk staff was pleasant and very helpful. Room was ready and clean. After about an hour after checking in, the Front Looby staff called to check with me as to how the room was and if I needed anything after getting in.

The Tv was low we couldn’t watch it became we couldn’t hear it. The room wasn’t clean. The tub looked nasty. The floor was dirty. We asked if they could clean it. The man told us that they don’t clean it unless you’ve been in there for 14 days.

I had a experience with the check in..

The property is not well-maintained. The room was smelly and rundown. The front desk staff were polite but not professionally dressed. I canceleded my reservation the next day.

Room carpet not clean. Faucet area all molded caulking. Cigarette smoke in halls

Elevator did not work room was very dirty no towels garbage can was full of food garbage air conditioner worked room was in poor condition

The Elevador is not working

I liked this hotel because it has many shops and restaurants nearby. The bad thing was that the elevator was always bad, one day we ran out of hot water and they never came to clean in 3 weeks staying here.

It is well located, the place is clean but since we arrived the elevator has not worked and we are on the third floor.

This place smelled like marijuana was extremely dirty and had the rudest manager. When we got to our room we had to ask for someone to change the sheets because they were bloody! How do you miss that when cleaning. Floor wasn’t vacuumed we stepped on a staple. Was told we would receive a refund but have yet to see that!

Gross. They don’t clean. Disgusting. Never staying there again.

The room wasn’t ready and the room they put me in. Was it clean as it needs to be

The hotel overall has an awful smell, the bath towels don’t even look white , the tv stand was all broken , the bathroom door had a whole on it terrible.

This hotel had bed bugs and then tried to blame us for them and we just moved into a new from a room that had roaches I even had to kill the damn thing and recorded it! When I reported this to staff the young lady at the desk was very rude and told me and my fiance to “go to their other hotel where they have more bugs” her words exactly! When I went to report the second room that we couldn’t sleep in that bed. The manager Rob lied and said that the rooms were clean and weren’t even vacuumed. They got upset and unprofessional when I asked to be moved to another room because we didn’t have money to even pay for another hotel We have footage of everything. They kicked us out the hotel and refunded our money. This on was Feb 5. Still waiting on refund. Don’t book at this location if you’re looking for something cheap! They treat people the same way this hotel looks like!

Staff were very nice

Gave me an occupied room, then Switch me to a new room. New room heater does NOT work

It was smooth and the manager was very helpful.
