The hotel was a little disappointing, maybe I was expecting more but it was very basic when it came to amenities. However the room was clean, the hotel quiet and breakfast offering was great

What an odd property. Floors were unlevel in guest room. Drawers slid out on their own due to unlevel flooring. Strange. Very Strage.

Fairfield Inn & Suites by Marriott Chicago Naperville/Aurora Charge me for no reason i didn't stay at that hotel. Hotels.com is a bad app don't used it they policies are only on they behave it doesn't matter if you pay for book protection. It doesn't let you modified or make a cancelation

This hotel was actually much nicer than I expected. The room felt updated. The bathroom was spacious and had a large marble countertop. The decor was nice and modern. Not that we needed it, but there were 2 large flat screen tvs in the room. Nice touch. The staff was very nice and the buffet breakfast was great.

Their breakfast had a wide variety with healthy choices. She was doing a wonderful job at supplying the need. Over all the facility was clean and quiet but our room needed some maintenance. Like bath tub drain wasn’t working well.

Safe and clean environment. Staff was friendly and helpful. Breakfast was good. Enjoyable experience. Would stay there again.

This was a stop over on our way home. Right next to a Cracker barrel. Made the overnight easy

Rooms were updated and clean

Christmas stay. Manager Aaron Staller friendly and helpful, even going out of his way across the street to get change for us. Staff welcoming and worked hard to serve warm breakfast late for tired travelers. A really good team.

Very nice property, internet was little slow
