洋服や靴などがあるショッピングエリアに近く、バス停も目の前にあるので交通の面では言うことなし。 フロントの女性はとても親切でチェックイン前とチェックアウト後の荷物の保管にも快く応じてくれてタクシーも時間通りに呼んでくれました。多分エレベーターはないけどスタッフが荷物の上げ下げを手伝ってくれます。部屋は広くて清潔。ベッドもとても気持ちいい寝心地でした。ソファ-、コーヒーマシン、冷蔵庫完備。バスタブも深めなので日本人にとってはお湯をためられて嬉しかった。地下にウォーキングマシンとサウナもあり、面白い体験もできました。洗濯機はありませんがランドリーサービス(預けて1日後に返還)はあるそうです。モントリオールの中心部でホテルを探してるならめちゃくちゃオススメです！

建物は古いです。向かいの部屋から見えるので、窓が開けられないのが残念でした。スタッフの方はみんな感じが良く親切です。エレベーターがないので、荷物を持って階段を上がるのは大変でした。朝食はフルーツ、ゆで卵、パン、ヨーグルト、ハム、チーズで、種類は少ないです。音が響くので、上の階の人の足跡や、トイレを流す音は聞こえます。ホテルでの滞在を楽しむのではなく、寝るためだけで考えたら十分です。

ホテル自体は、おしゃれでヨーロッパ風で感じがよかったです。スタッフもフレンドリーで接しやすかったです。特に問題はなかったと思います。強いて言うなら、朝食のバラエティが少なく、何泊もすると飽きると思います。仕方がないことですが、野菜がなかった･･･。

エアコンがあまりきいてなかったようでした。 3泊しましたが、朝食のメニューがいつも同じであり、少しでも変化があればよかったと思いました。

リビングがあってキングサイズのベッドでゆったり出来た。 ただお風呂の換気口がなく、せっかくのジャグジーが湯煙が充満しゆっくり出来なかったのが残念。

丁寧なお手紙までお部屋に準備いただいてましたが、出来るなら暖房などの故障がないか確認していただく方が有難いです。

スタッフが笑顔で親切で素敵💛ホテルは古いけれど清潔で、場所も静か💤地下鉄駅が近くてどこにでも行けるし、徒歩で繁華街に行くこともできる😊近くにコンビニもあり、何でも買える👏Merci!

Very clean and the service staff were so nice and helpful. Nice breakfast! Only thing I didn’t like was the traffic noise because it faces a busy street. But I was able to change my room to a little more quiet room in the back.

No parking on-site other than valet parking (& not really any safe overnight public lots around so you are stuck with valet @ $40/night which is crazy). No elevator and tons of stairs so if you have accessibility needs or a stroller this is a really tough hotel. Nice room but nothing special, and clean (but old) property and delicious continental breakfast. We did not use the exercise room so can’t comment on that. No microwave in our room which was a huge bummer as we wanted to reheat leftovers! The staff were nice overall though our first impression was negative as the girl was unfriendly.

The staff was very pleasant. The location was excellent as I needed a hotel close to Westmount. For everything else, it was a disappointment. The walls were paper thin. I could hear the entire conversation from the couple next door. The woman was screaming and if I didn't have ear plugs I would not be able to sleep. The room and bathroom were old and in need of repair. The old carpet odour was strong and I could see cracks in the molding and paint peeling. The breakfast was simple but I enjoyed the fresh pastries. I have no plans to go back.

The breakfast was basic and the same every day. No hot food. The room was clean- but our heating was not working. We eventually found a space heater. But no one told us about this.

The room was very nice but I wasn't expecting the hotel to have so many steps and no elevator! Staff was friendly

Top notch hotel

Guest services were excellent. Also the Shuttle driver and service was great!

Staff was helpful. Location was an easy walk to subway and other amenities that we wished to access.

Need to replace the shower faucet etc as it had poor water pressure and was difficult to get decent temperature control
