The staff are friendly and helpful. Some things in the room did not work well' coffeemaker, bathtub plug, etc. However, I love this old ambience and the convenient location.

The cutest hotel. Lots of charm. Our room was a really good size. Large bathroom too. Comfortable bed. Love the gold trim for all the faucets. Every floor was ao adorable. From all the light fixtures to all the wall paintings. Especially, the hallway with all the paintings of the La Rose hotle.

We loved our 2 night stay. We had a room on the 4th floor of the historical building. One view of the hotel parking and one view of the downtown. This property has tons of charm. The lobby is so cute and inviting. My Husband went and sat down there and read his book while i napped. There are vintage light fixtures on every level. We walked every floor.

Convenient.. close to freeway and walkable to restaurants I could not connect to WiFi but front desk gave me a hotspot to use. Rooms are old but spacious and clean

I am so happy to choose this place to stay. It was my first time staying in Santa Rosa, and I cannot talk enough about my great stay. Great service, amazing location, plus a very classy, nostalgic hotel. The service is excellent, and I highly recommend this place

I didn't go on this trip,but this is our go-to hotel in Santa Rosa. My husband shared, that as usual the room was spotless and the linens were crisp and white. Staff is always great and several good restaurants are a block or two walk away. Perfect spot to visit Santa Rosa and wineries.

windows that open made it ideal for me. i can't take feeling sealed inside a temperature controlled room. i also appreciated the history and charm. better internet would go a long way.

Great old restored Victorian hotel. If you are a fan of Hitchcock's "Shadow of a Doubt" - it is right across from the RR station that was in the film. A perfect get-away spot.
