Beautiful building, great staff. We had a lovely stay!

Hotel was very convenient to everything. Many dining options. Beautiful views. Room was nice. Hotel had very cool vibe. Historic meets industrial. Loved it.

The location was great, just a bit noisy at night. The room was clean and the view from the balcony was beautiful. We had a room facing the river. My biggest issue was the cleaning service, they didn't restock several items like bath tissue and towels. I notified the front desk and they took care of it right away.

Many undisclosed costs such as parking fee =$45/ day and destination charge of $30/day plus many taxes and fees. Doubled expected cost.

I have always enjoyed staying at the River Street Inn! My only suggestion that if a couple is staying two nights, the service staff replace the towels and keep the bathroom supplied with the essentials. I had to go down the hall and ask the staff if they had an extra roll of toilet paper.

Great stay. Staff were amazing, incredibly helpful and friends. Rooms were very clean. Hotel is right in the heart of river street so plenty to do within walking distance.

Great place to stay

Our room was very comfortable, the staff was supportive, and the hotel sits in a lovely setting, close to many sights and restaurants.

The front desk, restaurant, bar and housekeeping staff all were warm and welcoming. Our river view room was clean, the king bed was very comfortable and the furniture charming and in touch with the character of this historic building. Upon check in we were offered complimentary champagne - a nice touch. The complimentary managers afternoon reception provided nice drinks and snacks. We enjoyed a tasty cooked to order breakfast in the restaurant & the speakeasy drinks were awesome. We enjoyed Savannah and we would stay again at the River Street Inn.

Beautiful, historical inn. Luxury comfortable beds and linens. Top tier restaurant in building. All staff was helpful and very friendly. They were willing to help with any questions we had. Worth every penny.

Very very nice Inn. Friendly helpful people. Honest and happy. Great resturants inside Inn. And easy to walk everywhere we needed to go. Very safe! Will do it again fun!

Absolutely beautiful hotel. Very retro in a great way. All of the architecture was amazing. The decor was wonderful. The convenience to all that River Street has to offer is unparalleled. The service from start to finish was terrific. Friendly faces and conversation plus complimentary champagne at check in. Security was great having room key access only to the elevator to get to our room. As far as the room, outstanding. Comfortable and clean with an amazing view of River Street. Everything worked as expected. Amenities fid not disappoint. Awesome stay. Looking forward to the next one.

We had a blast! First time to Savannah and couldn't have been a better time. Excellent views of the river and surrounding area. We will be back! Well played!

Very nice hotel, staff, location. The complementary coffee, popcorn, tea and happy hour were a great touch! Perfect location to walk the entire town.
