当日ホテルに行くと扉が閉まっている状況。 張り紙に隣のDays-innの受付に行けという指示のみ。 結果Days-innに泊まることとなったが、返金の対応など今後の処理をお願いします。 今回はたまたまDays-innに泊まれから良かったが、非常に疲れていたためうんざりでした。

Property seemed clean enough, but not sparkling. There was a strange smell , which my husband thiught was coming from the air conditioning unit. Maybe the freon. It bothered me enough that I bhought a fabreeze spray I had to use daily. Absolutely no frills in the room. Just 2 little bars of soap. Also, the room was advertised as having a kitchenette, but THERE WERE NO DISHES OR POTS. The whole point of having a kitchenette is to be able to use it to cook Wren you are away from home!!! There was not even any utensils. Don't advertise you have s kitchenette if you don't have the basics to use it! However, the thing that bothered us the most was the super uncomfortable bed. It was so firm my husband and I could not sleep at all the first few nights. Our bodies were hurting the following day. We broke down a few days later and bought a mattress topper at Walmart, and even then, it still was uncomfortable and had us tossing all night. Although we didn't have any safety issues, a person could open the side door of the building and come in without using the keycard, even though it has a keycard reader. Positives were that it was conveniently located. A lot of stores and restaurants, including Walmart, were within close walking distance. It was also quiet. Didn't recommend getting a ground level room, since the window faces directly in front of parking. Anyone walking by would be able to see everything clearly inside your room since the sidewalk is about a foot and a half away.

Check in was great and I was greeted with a warm welcome. The room was clean and spacious. Only thing I would recommend are comforters instead of just sheets on the bed because the AC gets really cold at night. Other than that no complaints and I will be staying again for the reasonable price.

Roaches, roaches, roaches. Went to the room and there were roaches they tried to give us two other rooms the other two rooms had roaches. Went downstairs there was a guy down there complaining he had roaches also. Owner of the property is absolutely useless and will do nothing to get rid of the roaches. Do not ever stay here unless you want roaches roaches roaches

The BEST extended stay ive experienced, it was clean, updated, and staff is great. When ever I visit Killeen this is my place. Definitely recommend it.

Nice and clean

At arrival, the desk clerk was extremely friendly and courteous! Check in was quick and simple and after a 17hr drive, we were anxious to get in bed and relax. At first glance the room appeared quite nice. Yet on further inspection, I was extremely disappointed. Being a former hotel maid, I know exactly what to look for when examining for cleanliness. The beds in the room had been made but nothing else seemed to be touched. I had to go across the street to Walmart and purchase cleaning supplies and clean the room before I let my child sit down! The bathroom was worse! There were stains present in the tub, the sink, on the toilet. The floor was filthy as well. There were dead bugs everywhere, even in the refrigerator! The bed only had two sheets and no blankets. So very glad I always travel with my own everything! Bedding, towels, toiletries, even camping dishes! I guess I need to add cleaning supplies to my list lol. Had it not been for the late hour, I would’ve went to another establishment. When the price seems to good to be true, there’s a reason and it probably is.

check-in was very easy. The room are very big with mini kitchen in it. Staff are very intelligent.

The walls were stained, sheets had a cigarette burn in them, a lamp didnt work, furniture was dirty and to top it off the door to the room was damaged.
