予約サイトに登録していたカードで勝手に決済されたあげく領収書が発行されなかった

建物も古く、普通のホテルでした。

チックイン時のフロント係女性の対応にビックリしました。 私の妻がフィリピン人で彼女もフィリピン人の方で母国語で気さくに話している姿を観て私には、日本語で「いらっしゃいませ」と声をかけてくれたことです。

Just a one night stay while I was in town. The area seems safe not a ton of rid raf hanging out. The design of the hotel was impressive not your typical design with a prominent stair case in the lobby. The hotel was quiet almost like my wife and I were the only guests there. The hotel is very conveniently located to anything you could possibly want to eat or do.

Juice machine broken I was for 2 nights they never fix the juice machine coffee cold

Old mattress. Comfortable, but sagging. No cleaning service for 3 days.

We were surprised to find the sofabed not stowed away. Turns out, it was broken with metal frame sticking out. It should have been replaced because it’s a hazard. Property manager came to check it out but sofabed can’t be fixed so my son had to sleep on the floor using the mattress from the sofabed. Bathroom tub and shower curtain didn’t look clean. Low quality shampoo and conditioner, no body wash in the shower. Noisy exhaust fan. Drawer handle missing. Room and property needs updating. Beds were comfortable. Breakfast was okay but had few selections.

Property was clean and looked nice. Kids loved the fish tank immediately

Even though they say the room is non smoking one, when you open the door very high intensive cigarettes smell will make you dizzy or they did some bugs treatment in the room and didn’t open for few days because we saw some bugs in the room.

The rooms are clean and the location is convenient

I liked that there a breakfast room, a fitness center & a nice size lobby. If don’t like is the walls need to be painted, the furniture needs to be replaced. It looks liked it been damaged for a while. The drink machine that does orange & apple juice is broken.

Disliked distance from Atlanta metro area, lack of nearby dining options, and "continental" breakfast with the same selection each day. Additionally, often there was no one at the front desk.
