部屋の清掃は朝１０時までにnotifyしないといけないことは注意点です。部屋やその他施設についてはとても清潔です。朝食の品ぞろえもよくとても満足です。

スタッフの方が、どの方も親切で好印象。 ベッドが本当にシングルで珍しいとは思いましたが、その分部屋を広く使えるし、寝心地にも問題なく過ごせました。 朝食のメニューも多いし、タクシーもモニターで呼べるし、近くにはお店がいろいろあって便利でした。

教会の目の前で観光案内所や中心街のショップ・レストラン・スーパーなどもすぐそばにあり、とても便利なホテルでした。午後３時からのワッフルサービスは２回利用しましたが、特に、元日はレストランや飲食店が閉まっていたり、予約なしでの入店ができない状況の中で助かりました。ホテルスタッフもとても親切で、帰国日の早朝出発の際には、モーニングサンドイッチを用意していただき、空港で朝食を食べることができました。とても良い滞在になりました。

Badeværelset kunne godt trænge til en renovering, da flere fliser i brusekabinen var gået i stykker, så der var hul ind bagved.

Hatten family room, zu zweit, leider gab es kaum Ablage Flächen, als Family wäre es eindeutig sehr sehr knapp, wir waren 3 Nächte, es gab keinen Room Service

Overall it’s a good small hotel. The breakfast has good selection. The room is ok. I just didn’t like the cleanliness of the rooms. Also you need to tell them a day before to clean your room. The location is great

Helt greit hotel. God frokost, god lokasjon. Men, synes det er litt rart å måtte betale for å gå i treningsstudio.

Friendly and helpful staff. Excellent breakfast!! Some rooms have beautiful views and updated decor - some rooms don’t. Try to get one of the refreshed rooms with a view, if possible. ;-)

The location was great, our family room and breakfast were good. However, when we first arrived at 8pm the hotel receptionist said they didn't have room for us as the system had overbooked. They sent us to their sister hotel nearby for one night. However, there was only one person on the reception who said they couldn't get our room ready until 11pm as they were short-staffed. So we went back to our original hotel and asked for two rooms for one night, instead of the family room we had booked. This was very stressful as it was very cold, late and we were tired from travelling. The receptionist was not very helpful, friendly or apologetic. It was a bad start to a trip we had been looking forward to for 10 months and was a birthday present.

Breakfast advertised on signs around hotel as Sat/Sun 7-11 but refused us breakfast at 7.30am on both days as “nothing ready” and we were heading out for excursions at 8am. Monday only served breakfast until 10am. 3 night stay and no breakfast either day due to this, but signs in lift state these times at weekends. Rooms on door open outwards into corridors, no double lock/chain so felt a bit unsafe. Very noisy early hours of the morning on street below (stayed on 7th floor) poor double glazing. Our room was not cleaned throughout our entire stay, or stocked up with toilet roll/tea etc, bins not emptied. No extra blankets were provided just a basic duvet on the bed. Screens to order taxis from the reception didn’t work. Location was convenient for access to town.

Room was a little cramped and very hot. Location excellent and staff helpful. Breakfast also good
