The service at check in in the afternoon was rude and abrupt, but we found the morning staff people to be much friendlier. The breakfast nook staff person was especially helpful and friendly. The room was dark (even with all of the lights turned on. The carpet was very dirty and the room had a strong musty odor.

Hotel was clean and staff were helpful. I was accidentally charged twice for damage deposit, but staff quickly refunded when I pointed this out. On a main Street with dining and shopping areas conveniently close by.

The staff and rooms were great, but it doesn’t have a pool nor hot tub.

The breakfast was good,and Heather the Kitchin Attendant was helpfull freindly not to mention pretty,should of asked her for her# lol,But overall i stayed at almost all hotels in Simcoe i think i like this one best.Curtis

the room was a very good size and had everything we needed including a hair dryer..the staff were friendly and the breakfast had a great variety of food so that started off the day right..

Things I liked: TV was very nice. Room was reasonably clean. Area was quiet and peaceful. Things I didn't like: Price was too high for the level of the product. Main issue being the beds were inferior. Mattresses were quite thin and uncomfortable.

The rooms are comfortable and roomy. The staff are all very helpful and nice.

Pour le stationnement, pas de problème 🙌, pour le petit déjeuner…., j’aurais aimer des œuf brouillés pas de problème, mais des œufs qui ressemblent à des produits fait en laboratoire, ainsi que les saucisses, mais bon on c’est débrouillé quand même , et oui j’irai encore à cette endroit , bon séjour, en plus c’est prêts de tout en ville resto , Walmart , Canadian tire , RONA et autre resto

On arrival the staff was very kind and helpful. The room was so clean, quiet and comfortable. I didn't stay for breakfast as I had to leave. Check out was very easy and staff was very nice. I would definitely go back to this hotel. 10/10. Thank you

Breakfast was terrible but it’s free room beside my was making loud noises all night long every night I stayed nothing was done after I mentioned it

the room was too small for all the stuff you had crammed into it. too small for two queen beds. tv blocked the mirror. when i booked i was told the room was on the second floor,it wasn't!
