We stay at a lot of hotels and this was the cleanest one we have ever stayed at! Check in staff was super nice! We will definitely stay again when we are in the area!

Clean room awesome stuff, family friendly, the price is right, very quiet. Very nice place to rest your head on a vacation or just a night out.

Place is a bit dated, but clean for the most part. Pillows were lumpy on the beds. Staff was pleasant.

All in all a good experience. The hotel was much nicer than I anticipated. Staff was fine. Room very satisfactory. Price was fair.

The hotel and staff were great, the restaurant next door is amazing, huge menu, everything was delicious, huge portions and after the first day we shared all meals, also extremmely reasonable

Was a busy weekend in St. Catharine's apparently, so it was the only spot available. If you're paying around $100 a night it would be acceptable, but unfortunately we had to book last minute and paid way too much for the quality of the hotel. Clean room, although the hallways had a smell. Beds were very uncomfortable unless you like an extremely hard mattress. Room had a fridge and microwave. Nothing really within walking distance, but it's not a hotel you would spend time at anyway since it has no amenities or anywhere to sit in the rooms. More of a bed for the night.

It was very modern and spotless. The staff was excellent and very friendly. We would definitely stay again and recommend it to others.

Very good. Everything was comfortable. No elevator so just keep that in mind. But it was satisfactory for the price.

Tout était ok sauf le bain douche que l'on voit très rarement maintenant.

Door to bathroom was dragging on the floor. Decent room. Parking by the room was clogged because of restaurant next door. Staff was helpful, but probably 3 out of 5 . Hotel was right next to the highway which was a plus to get to Niagara falls or the mall or anywhere you need to go. Money was worth the room. About 15 to 20 minutes from everything.

Easy access

This is a newly renovated hotel. Rooms and property are basic, but clean. The building has a nice decor on the outside. Rooms have new beds and furniture, new carpets everywhere. I wish they upgraded their old PTAC units for heating and cooling as well. Stayed one night with my husband.
