The room was ok but had a funky smell and was run down looking . Front desk staff was great. Made a few attempts to use my key and staff member yelled instructions from 5 doors down. Not exactly unfriendly but it was unprofessional. Ground floor room facing the highway was loud and the sliding door was jammed and difficult to open, curtains were disgusting. Overall not terrible but some updating and proper cleaning would be beneficial.

Rooms were very nice, there was some mold on the bathroom walls though. Everyone was so friendly & helpful. Breakfast was delicious.

we were very impressed with the South Service Rd Burlington , Ontario Comfort Inn. Good breakfast, nice facility inviting rooms, all round lovely. Our only complaint was, there is no elevator to the second floor, and my mom who is 95 yrs old has difficulty with the stairs. Especially having to carry luggage. The night staff was very helpful, and even though she had a broken arm, carried the one suitcase to the room.

Dated facilities. Good enough for just passing through.

Was clean and quiet :) breakfast was good too!

Very disappointing from the get go. The front desk clerk was sighing non-stop as if it was a real bother to check us in. From the first step in the room, we notice that the carpet was humid. The air conditioning was making a very loud noise, we could even hear the noisy air conditioning unit from adjoining rooms. Curtains were torn. Felt like the pillow covers had not been changed between guests. Breakfast was average with hardly anywhere to sit. We were rushed through breakfast as staff was asking people to stand and switch chairs so they could tidy up other tables. The only positive thing about this place was its location. Will never return.

Excellent value and rooms were very clean. Not much to walk to to get food.

Bed was terribly uncomfortable.

It was a little weird to go down with my son to get chips from the vending machine and have condoms in there with the snacks and water... made the place feel a little sketchy to be honest

The hotel isn't the newest, but seems to have been well maintained and decently updated. Public spaces were clean and the room was very clean. The bed was very comfortable and the a/c worked great. Check in was quick and all interactions with staff were polite and professional. Breakfast was the typical kind offered at most hotels, although the breakfast space was very small... we had to share a table. One of the more reasonably priced hotels in the area and definitely worth it.
