Problem with shower.

酒店非常乾淨和安靜，前台工作人員很友好，早餐也不錯，24小時提供咖啡熱水，泳池也很乾淨，還有自助洗洗衣機，酒店周圍有很多中國餐館，對面就有Costco，出行很方便，不過他們會收$50一夜的押金。免費停車場也很安全。是到多倫多旅遊不錯的選擇。

Staff was wonderful but previous guest had smoked cigarettes in the room perhaps because there was a smoky smell. And bathroom was not restocked properly. Subash checked us in and he was helpful, kind and accommodating. The bed was super comfortable and glad that we were able to watch our Netflix etc. thank you!

The hotel was nice and clean. The receptionists were friendly and helpful. Overall, my stay was great and would highly recommend it. I just wish they offered a more varied breakfast.

Conveniently located within walking distance of shops and restaurants. We had stayed here before when it was Comfort Inn and as Spark by Hilton it is drastically improved. The rooms are clean and the beds and bedding are clean and comfortable. Ventilation seems improved as air smells neutral rather than of tobacco. The in room television is nice for relaxing after busy days out and pool was warm. Overall a great place to stay in Markham!

Everything was good

I think is a good option for being in Markham, with clean installations, an indoor pool that kids loved an a simple but convinient breakfast.

Not enough breakfast varieties. There were only bagels, boiled eggs, cereals. Coffee taste blend.

Clean and convenient location

我认为唯一的问题就是酒店隔音效果不好，路边的汽车行驶声和走廊关门声都无法阻止。其他没有问题。

Room was clean and liked that we could connect to Netflix on the TV. House keeping was super nice and helpful

The staff were nice we met Neha who was super friendly and helped me sign up for a membership as well. The bathtub was not clean unfortunately which threw off my wife. Other than that it was a good stay. Perfect for kids as they have a pool. Breakfast was good wish they had a bit more options but it was still good.

Bad musty odor in room. TV did not work.
