What to say-so many bad things about this place-if I could have received a refund we would not of stayed here! Security lacked completely-door security latch was missing gaps under the door you could stick your foot under (316) smoking in the lobby and also smoking of cannabis which was not surprising as there are over 6 dispensaries on the road. Access to the hotel through the Taco Bell drive through. Breakfast was pitiful they ran out of food 30 minutes before the end of the breakfast times and the sitting area was a joke felt like we were sitting in a hallway-lesson learned never again!

It is very convenient right off the interstate.

There was a window in the shower area which opened to the main area and there was only a thin shower curtain separating the two. Outside looked a little sketchy, but we had no isses. I didnt go to the pool, but my older kids did and said it was pretty nice.

The pictures are old, maybe taken when the hotel was first built, the property is outdated and extremely run down. The stairwell stinks and is full of bugs. The carpets are old and stained, there's scratches all down the hallway wall. If there would have been more options in the area I would have stayed some else. Was a waste of money, I ended up buying breakfast because the food was cold and hard and there was not a selection like most other ecno Lodges. Would not stay there again and I with I could get a refund.

Upon checking in, the lobby walls were full of fish flies. The lobby restroom was out of order. It took three employees to check one person in, so had to wait in line. The lobby had an over powering smell of marijuana. The outside door was not locked. The stairwell door barely had a functioning handle. Halls were dirty. Upon entering our room, it was a little better, but the door did not swing closed. We had to very forcefully close it. Probably one of the worst hotels I have stayed in.

Convenient to all the stores for the weekend or even just an over night stop. Nothing fancy but serves it purpose.

Easy check in and quick check out. No hassles or issues. Great for a last minute room in a pinch on my way through town

Upon check out, I informed the desk that the hot tub in 317 was extremely loud and had no pressure (broken) she half nodded then didn’t even acknowledge my statement and dismissed me. Never asked me another question about it like yeah so what you paid for the most expensive room we had and didn’t get what you paid for now leave.

They upgraded for us since our kids and it was so nice. The management was responsive and accommodating. Lots of stinky flies but my boyfriend said that's just a sign of good water so we saw that as a plus.

Close to everything in Monroe

Pictures definitely are edited. Ran down. The vending machine food and drinks are all expired. I will definitely not be back.
