スターバックスが２４時間営業でホテル内にあったのは驚きました。とはいえ、通常のスタバとはメニューが若干違っているようでした。　朝食付きのプランにしましたが、それもスタバでの注文となり、温かいものを食べられることはとってもありがたいのですが、注文の仕方（どこまでがプランに組み込まれているのか)が分かりにくく、少し手間どいました・・・。

My stay was great, location was cozy and quiet. Not overcrowded. The only drawback is that they do not offer complimentary coffee in the morning.

Was ok. Hot tub is a joke, no bubbles, more like a hot bath. I registered for two adults in a room, and we got one regular and one decaf coffee, had to ask for more (which they were very nice about giving, but still...) No housekeeping unless requested, so no refills - coffee, toilet paper, tissues, towels. Again, had to ask for these things. No brochure/info about food, either in the hotel or around the hotel. Beds were fine, bathroom was fine. Like I said, it was just ok.

All good. Wish they offered a continental breakfast.

Front desk was unhelpful. I received better service after speaking with cleaning staff. Front desk was fine with fine with following company policy but unwilling to go above and beyond although it was an easy courtesy of borrowing a charging cable for 30 minutes.

Booked a King suite and was changed to a Queen suite without my knowledge or a heads up until I walked into the room. Front desk says there would be a discount but I have not seen anything. Front desk was very friendly.

Only at property for overnit for events in the area: check in 330p ish and checkout 1030a ish… Problem w hvac: room temp 77 on warm nite at 10p when we returned to room to settle in for the nite! Unbearable for sleeping: could not be fixed and solution was to move us to another room at midnite: not HAPpY…and hotel manager offered nothing when we checked out except maybe minimal points toward next stay! Really? We were in the hotel maybe 12 uncomfortable hours and paid over $215…expect better of Marriott!!!
