総合評価とレビュー Courtyard by Marriott Detroit Metropolitan Airport Romulus

食事の選択は少ないですが、飲みながら軽く食事すなら OKです。夕食を楽しみたいならば外に出ないとダメでしょう。 他の空港では、コートヤードの名前が入ったシャトルが 来ていたので待っていたら40分ほど待っても来ないので ホテルに電話してら、マリオットの名前が入ったシャトルに乗ってくれと言われました。思い込みで時間を無駄にしてしまいました。

洗面所のシンクに何かが詰まっていて水がなかなか流れなくて気持ちが悪かったです。　 それとホテルと空港間のシャトルを利用しましたが、空港で待っていた際に30分毎に回っていると聞いたので待っていましたが30分以上経っても来なかったので電話をして確認をしたら逆切れされた感じの対応でした。　それ以外は空港からも近いので悪くないと思っています。

フロントのスタッフは気さくで良かったが、COVIDー19の影響だと思うが朝食がないこととハウスキーピングへの電話が全く繋がなかった。 特に、朝食の有無で料金が変わると思うので、返金して欲しい気持ちです。せめて事前に告知すべき事項と思います。

広々とした部屋は良いが清掃をしっかりやっているか若干疑問ある。特にバスタブが気になった。

空港からほど近い空港泊に最適な便利なホテルです。フロントスタッフは、これまでアメリカで泊まったホテルの中で最高に感じが良かったです！朝食や夕食はホテルのカフェで食べても@10ドル前後とでしょうか。そんなに高くなかったです。隣の隣のブロックにファミレスがあるので、そちらで済ませても良いかもしれないですね。プールは小さくてやたら塩素くさくて誰も泳いでませんでした。そこだけがマイナスでした。

The property has been recently refreshed with new carpeting. It is very clean and fresh looking.

My flight was cancelled and I needed a place to sleep til my next flight. The hotel/room had been beautifully updated, well cleaned and it helped make an unpleasant evening much better. The shuttle drives were also welcoming and informative.

Called for a pickup from the airport and even after speaking with someone had to wait over an hour at 5a.m.

I had an early pickup (4:40 am) and the front desk associate could not have been more kind or more helpful! She put a smile on all of our faces

Jackie at the front desk was amazing! I really liked that the hallways were well padded so you didnt hear everyone going by. The room was very quiet as well.

The courtyard is an excellent place however it was a bit off putting being questioned about my disability when I specifically booked a disability room. The room did not have clear instructions on how to use the hearing services and not the typical devices found in most hotels that offer disabled rooms. I did not rate the area around the property because I was only there for a short time and did not explore.
