非常に汚いホテル。ホテルではなくモーテルレベル。 水回り、ベッド周りが汚く、また、匂いもタバコのにおい＋芳香剤のにおいで耐えられないレベル。

Okay but not as expected

Great location! Lots of potential!!!!! Needs maintenance and upgrades: electrical and plumbing are adequate but need to be looked at! Toilet runs, faucets leak, electrical wall plates broken with some wiring sticking out of the wall, and housekeeping need to look at the details for cleanliness: most of what you see is great, but it was a surprise when we moved the night stand to access the wall plug for charging the phones over night.

Not a great place to stay with family.

The only good thing I can say about this hotel the staff are great otherwise spend the extra money and stay elsewhere. This place is a dump !

A little dirty, ice machine didn't work. Bed is like a rock. Shower to small.

showerhead doesn't move and flooded the bathroom toilet never stops moving water throughout the night and no it's not the handle being down bathroom smells like mildew jacuzzi in the executive suite floods over the tub because the spout lacks a little plastic cap and it spurts in a 360 jet moving a large amount of water straight to the floor and tub lip room smells extremely smoked in huge mirror held onto the wall with duct tape of 6 provided bath towels for the leaks and tub, 1 had holes and a few smelled like kitchen oil for some reason bed is okay window doesn't open and the smoke smell permeates your clothes heater doesn't work tv works jacuzzi and it's jets in the were okay besides the leaks but there is no real protection against mist or dampness exiting into the room so all the walls felt wet would not recommend unless you really want a jacuzzi for under 90cad

A terrible place for a family stay. We booked two nights, but after the first night we had to leave. The hotel room was extremely dirty. There was a lot of old dust and dirt under the bed, as well as other people's shoes, broken nails, and other household debris. The bathroom door was broken, and the shower curtain was brown from dirt, not white. There was other people's hair in the bed and on the pillows. The room smelled of mold.

Bathroom still had soap wrapper on the floor and aluminum pull tab on the side of the bath. Jetted tub did not work. We went to the front desk as we were heading out for supper and asked for them to check it out. Nothing done. At checkout, we repeated that the jetted tub didn’t work and we only got a « we are sorry about that ». It was on sale for just over $100 a night so I guess you get what you pay for

All was good great lady at the desk very kind and approachable. I recommend this place for a nice getaway from everyday life
