Room was clean, but the lock in my room almost broken. checked in time too long.

Loved it

Everything was clean and staff was very friendly and accommodating. The property shows its age. Shower and tub have seen better days and everything had a weird smell. Room we stayed in was comfortable, but oddly shaped. Kind of like staying in a large hallway. Security was present, but saw many other guests, sitting in hallways charging phones, leaving trash in weird places and kids playing behind reception desk. Not a deal breaker, but doesn't really scream luxury or professionalism.

Front desk Staff will use text message to check on your stay. The staff response promptly and will really think of solution to fix the matter such as WiFi issue. The cleaning staff are very polite & genuine to greet guests that walk by and even double check whether they need any room cleaning services. When they promise to buy back some items that not available in their cart yet, they will bring back later… Very professional

The lotion in the bathroom was clumpy n looked expired. Everything else was great.

Pool, exercise room, and hot tub all closed at 7 p.m. on a weekend evening. They said this was standard. News to us. I even called that afternoon to confirm they were open and not under maintenance. I didn't ask when they closed, but who closes that early. We literally booked here because of those accomodations and then couldn't use them. Would have chosen elsewhere. Breakfast was advertised as $10 for a hot meal. Not available. Skip it and go to a local diner. Parking is an additional $14 per night. Common for downtown Toronto, but the only place in the outskirts that we found charging for those with confirmed reservations. People parked in the walkways to the parking lot so we couldn't roll suitcases and had to go up and over curbs and dirt. Also challenging for mobility issues. Booking thru Expedia was literally half the cost of booking direct in person. Staff was friendly. Hotel is run down though. Multiple floor ice machines not working. Had to go to 4 floors to find one. Hole in ceiling of our bathroom. Holes in walls in common areas. A lot has been updated but has a ways to go. Beds are VERY SOFT! Be warned if that isn't your thing. Like sink down a lot, fold around your body soft. Plenty of pillows :-) Zero blankets for the pull out couch though. Really nice shampoo and conditioner provided. Beautiful courtyard and view from our room.

We stayed at a corner suite, it was spacious and clean. There is a mini fridge, we wish there is a microwave inside the room so we didn't have to reheat food behind the lobby. Staff are friendly and provide great service. Cleaning staff make sure we have everything and are always helpful.

Hotel was lovely but a little dated in some spots. Pool desperately needed a clean and an update. The room was nice but the bathroom floors were dirty. The staff was wonderful especially at the restaurant. Food was amazing!

Check in process was good. Staff was very friendly. Room was very clean upon checking in and for our entire stay. Refrigerator and coffee maker in room. I like that it had 2 television in the room. They had tea/coffee for purchase in the lobby.
