Beautiful Hotel , very convenient. Lovely Staff

Check that your room has towels before you get in the shower. Do not expect the receptionist who answers your call to be understanding, polite or helpful in any way. My room was really noisy - could hear the noise from the docks at 3am and my daughter could hear me sneezing even though her room was on a different floor to mine. Very very disappointing.

Beautiful hotel in a perfect location. Probably the comfiest and biggest bed I've ever slept in! Spotlessly clean. Continental breakfast is just great and the staff are lovely. Only downside is the charge for parking but I think that's par for the course in Padstow!

The stay was good although there was a crack in the window pain and this was letting cold aor in. There was alao a leaking pipe on the carpet area. The hotel did guve us a £50 goodwill refund

We found the friendliness and professionalism of the staff excellent, the rooms and public areas were spotless.

Lovely room with view of estuary, convenient for town . Beware parking , car covered in seal sh:t !!

The place was lovely. We choose it as it was a dog friendly hotel. What were however disappointed that we couldn't use the bar or restaurant with the dog. There was an adjoining room for us which made you feel isolated.

Fabulous. Only downer was scaffolding blocked our view at breakfast time. The hotel is fantastic. Room brilliant. Immaculate. Great location. Cant fault it. 10/10

We enjoyed our stay parking was good convenient for town lovely breakfast staff excellent. Patsy and Garth.

Staff cheerful and helpful. Upgrade much appreciated. Bed really comfortable. Wish a cooked breakfast was still included in room rate. Air conditioning would be good.

Lovely stay and lovely room with great views. Great selection at breakfast in the morning and dinner at the jetty was delicious.

Excellent 👌 hotel, friendly staff and amazing food.

Ignore the negative reviews the hotel was excellent. We arrived to find ample parking and the positioning of the hotel was perfect with a walkway right into the harbour area. The hotel looks like it has had a fairly recent upgrade and was in good condition. We had a nice room with a king size bed and view over the harbour area. Plus the room had a minibar and tea and coffee facilities. Had dinner in the Jetty restaurant the first night which was good washed down by a nice Sicilian Pinot Grigio. Had breakfast in the room on the first morning which arrived exactly on time and was exactly as ordered. The second day we had breakfast in the restaurant which had a free continental breakfast which offered ample choice but for an extra £10 we upgraded to a full English which was freshly cooked. The staff were all very friendly and helpful which enhanced our stay. Overall a nice two day break and if returning to Padstow would definitely stay at the hotel again.

The hotel itself was very good but its restaurant, The Jetty, was hugely disappointing and not a patch on its excellent sister restaurant, The Jetty in Christcurch, Dorset. This Padstow one was poor in quality, portion and value. It tarnished the pleasure and memory of our stay.
