スタッフも親切でよかったです。 食事も選択が多数あり、よかったです。

歴史のある、風情のあるホテルでした 古いためにリフトが設置できないそうで、大きい荷物を運ぶのは大変でしたが、そういう不便さはこのホテルを維持するためにも仕方ないと思います。 居心地はとても良く、イギリス旅行最終日の疲れをしっかり癒すことができました

道路側に面した部屋は交通量が多く一晩中うるさく困った。部屋は広く快適で室温もちょうどよかった。 この町に来る機会があればもう一度宿泊するだろう。

I stayed with my wife for two nights. We visited the Cathedral, one hour trip to Bath and joined Stonehenge bus tour. As we did not know how we get the bus tour, hotel staff kindly showed us place to ride with a map.

駅からは徒歩１５分程度かかるが，大聖堂やシティセンターにも近く，周りには料理の美味しいビストロパブも数軒あるので，便利な立地だと思う。 泊まった部屋は広く，清潔であったが，火災報知器か何かが明け方に鳴り響き（誤報），叩き起こされたのが残念だった。なお，冷蔵庫はない。

レセプションの方は非常に親切で、レストランは美味しく、キッズメニュー、ハイチェアもあり子連れに優しいホテル。 大聖堂まで歩いて行け、立地的にもよかった。 エレベーターがないので、大荷物やベビーカーにはやや不便。

駅から少し遠いところ以外は何も文句なしです。 ・部屋がキレイ ・受付の方は非常に感じ良く丁寧でした ・朝ご飯は注文してから作ってくれるので出来たてで非常に美味しかった ・バスタブがありました ・エスプレッソマシーンがありました ・隣の音は全く気になりませんでした ・値段もおてごろ

部屋もきれい、立地も良し、朝食も美味しい。とても良いホテルでした。エレベーターがどうにも見つからなかったため階段で荷物を運ばないといけなかったのと駐車場がいっぱい（なんとか停められたけど無理やり停めた）だったのがちょっとだけ気になります。部屋が暑かったのも。（空調は扇風機でしたが窓開けててもこもって涼しくならなかった）しかしながら概ね良いホテルです。

立地的にも内容的にも大満足です。近くにレストランもたくさんあるし，ホテルのサービスも問題ありません。朝食が素敵でした。

日本で同じレベルの部屋の広さ（７０㎡）でこの値段はあり得ないでしょう。とにかく部屋も浴室もベッドも広い。おまけに建物も部屋の内装も新しいので、ゲストルームについては文句なしです。但し中国のホテル全般に言えることですけど、スタッフのサービスはやはり中国レベルです。過剰な期待はしない方がいいですが、不快な思いもしませんでした。英語が通じるのは、フロントのみですので、注意が必要です。

Overall on the surface of it the room appeared quite clean, but dust on window ledges and in the louvres of the air conditioning grills was unacceptable. Parking was easy and not expensive at £7.50 per 24hr period. Comfortable bed. Very convenient for The Cathedral.

Hygiëne is niet het sterkste punt. Enkel gekuist wat zichtbaar is. Door zo verder te doen zal het snel een verwaarloosde plek worden. Opzich was ons verblijf in orde. Fijn appartement en aangename mensen aan de balie. De mensen die in de ontbijtzaal werken zijn niet van de meest werkzame. Tafels afkuisen is voor hen snel even met een vochtig doek over de tafel gaan. Een potje opheffen is te veel gevraagd. Ontbijt is oké, maar niet speciaal. Ook niet echt vers.

It was a nice stay. Centrally located. Nice room and clean. Staff seem little overwhelmed. But friendly. No phone in the rooms so need to keep going back and forth to reception which was annoying especially when in a rush. I wish the air con was explained better as I could not work it out! Other than these pointers I would recommend.

Amazingly friendly and helpful staff. Lovely relaxed atmosphere. Clean and goid sized room. Loved the courtyard where you can sit at tables amongst the pretty flowers.

Great location. Upgraded room was well worthwhile. Only issue was parking as not dedicated to the hotel, but pay and display. Got a good space eventually.

No phone Iron or Ironing board in room, when I went down to ask for one at reception I was kept waiting for 15 minutes while the one receptionist tried to find a payment on the system and completely ignored me. The other guest had to tell her to help me in the end! The shower was a trickle at best, air con was impossible to work, very tired in the reception, hallway areas although rooms had been upgraded - bed was the most uncomfortable I've slept on in my two years of travel in this current role. When I was asked if my stay was ok I shared a little about the iron situation and was shut down immediately telling me there isn't an iron in our rooms - is that helpful? No, just further stress that I'm not seen as a guest, just a transaction. Won't be returning next time I'm in Salisbury

For the price this was pretty shocking when you compare it to say Premier Inn that would be cheaper and so much better. Room was decent size, but very dated; carpet was badly worn. At least it was cool considering how hot it was this week. Staff were clearly struggling in the heat but were not particularly helpful if I'm being honest. Asked me to download an app as I wanted a way to order food in my room but did it work properly - obviously not. Of course it is a decent location for Salisbury as is literally in the centre, but it really needs a huge make over, but guessing it hasn't got the money. Would not recommend in the slightest.
