beautiful place and gentle people

冷蔵庫など必要なものが揃っていて、普通に快適に過ごせました。朝食もついていて、美味しかったです。 街にも橋を渡って散歩がてらに行ける範囲で便利だと思います。

An excellent hotel. We had a lovely spacious room . It was well furnished and very clean. The Bistro served an excellent evening meal and breakfast the following morning. It was so nice to have everything under the one roof . I just wished we were able to stay longer .

Our room was Olivier. It was a suit with a lovely sitting area with dining table, chairs, coffee table and much more. We enjoyed the coffee machine! The whole suit was very clean, bed comfortable and room quiet. The reception staff were very good and very helpful. The evening meals in the restaurant were tasty and well presented. We hope to be back. Marie

Excellent stay , location brilliant with car parking . Reception staff were brilliant too , so caring and helpful . Sunday toast great food and value . Rooms comfortable , and. warm . A lovely stay in the heart of Stratford with a family feel. Shall return . Mind very dog friendly .

Didn't have breakfast.

I had the most wonderful room in the old part of the building. Warm and spacious, comfy bed, lovely seating and dressing area, clean bathroom with a lovely shower! I didn't have breakfast so I can't comment on that. Dinner in the restaurant was delicious. Quick and easy walk over the lovely river to the RSC and Stratford. Parking on site is easy but limited, but there is plenty of parking nearby. The best thing was the friendliness and helpfulness of every member of staff that we spoke to. From welcome to departure all the staff couldn't do enough to help! Wonderful place!

Great location - very close to town, theatre and river. Well-maintained with easy parking. Choice of onsite eating at either a pub or bistro - handy if don't want to venture out in the evening, but lots of eating/drinking places nearby too. Friendly and helpful staff. Our third visit...

Great location with paying car park at the rear. Some of the decor is a little tired but overall a clean & comfortable room that was competitively priced

Stayed for a theatre trip. Receptionist Tracey was brilliant organising a ground floor room with walk in shower because my wife had fractured her ankle

Everything was as it should be.

Friendly welcome, but no acknowledgement of Platinum status - no room upgrade or welcome drinks. Hot old fashioned room, with noisy heating and road noise. Dreadful breakfast, my wife was still suffering from the effects the following morning. This place is out of the 1980's and the way they do breakfast is similar.
