対応が不親切なスタッフがいる。

1泊のみの滞在でしたが、室内は広く清潔で、またスタッフの対応も非常によく快適な滞在ができました。駅やウィンザー城、ショッピングや食事ができる場所も近く、また訪れたいホテルです。

Esto es para @hoteles.com, deben de estar actualizando la app para que uno como cliente-huésped tenga el conocimiento actual de la propiedad, al inicio me moleste con el personal de la propiedad pero entendí que No es su culpa la remodelación (ya que todo es para bien) pero más sin embargo @hoteles.com te puede avisar estos inconvenientes y No lo hacen, así que uno llega y ve las condiciones, además de que se decepciona se molesta y que necesidad, el personal fue muy amable y si con mi actitud ofendí pido una disculpa, ya venia de una mala experiencia y con esta eran 2 y no comprendí en ese momento que no era culpa de Ustedes, muchas gracias por su esfuerzo de reponer el inconveniente ofreciendo el desayuno, la vdd no lo tomamos porque comprendí que Ustedes no tenían que ver en esa molestia, espero pronto terminen las remodelaciones y pueda visitarlos, gracias!!!

Lovely hotel central to everything

In the hearth of Oxford, walking distance of every think, even the Castle. Parking behind (30 pound) the hotel. Quiet and comfortable room with quality bedding

Checked in hotel as a recommendation from friends who had stayed there before. We stayed 1 night. The next morning we needed to shower and leave early and had no hot water in the shower. We had hot water in the sink basin but nothing in the shower. When we told the reception as we were checking out, he said you should have dialed 0 but the time taken to correct it wouldn’t have been possible due to having showered already and we were checking out. Hotel was going through a major renovation also with limited services.

Renovation currently going on. Otherwise the hotel Staff was Wonderful. Location is Amazing. It is steps from Windsor Castle. Plenty of Restaurants are steps away outside the hotel. Yes! We will definitely stay there again. Thank you Staff at Castle hotel, you made our stay lovely. Tim L.

The hotel made it special as we were celebrating our wedding. There was some building work going on but it didn’t really affect us

Room facilities great Staff exceptional

This hotel went above and beyond. It was such a wonderful stay.

The hotel is being upgraded but the service was exceptional - there was an issue pre-stay with our room due to the ongoing upgrades and they more than rectified it. That’s how customer service should be - well done! Family of 4 stayed - we will be back. Can’t wait to see it once everything is finished.

The hotel was being renovated, so the reception area was moved to the back of the property and our room was on an upper floor in a part of the hotel without a lift - a challenge with luggage. That said, the staff were attentive and helpful and the room was clean and comfortable.

Building work across the hotel restricted things so that reception and dinner/breakfast served in temp locations but staff did there best to make things seem normal.

Currently undergoing refurb so main reception restaurant and bar closed. Temp reception and staff did their best and forewarned us. Breakfast was still excellent, room was great and v comfy bed

We have stayed her a few times before. It is clean and beautiful. The staff is lovely and the location is so convenient
