Breakfast is amazing. The hotel is like a giant bungalow just a couple floors above grade. Easy to access lovely gardens to enjoy some food. I would stay again in a heartbeat

Great location for food and cinema nearby

The staff were very friendly n helpful. The rooms were clean n comfortable. Breakfast was good .

Hotel was great, staff went above and beyond to make us feel comfortable and happy. After a terrible stay at another chain hotel, this was such a much needed change! :)

Excellent helpful staff, great location, good breakfast, gym has 2 treadmills, bike and free weights. Sweat towels and water provided. Water station in reception. Quiet despite being near to motorway, plenty of parking - £10 per night fee. Near to shops, pubs, places to eat, cinema and bowling. Would recommend.

Good breakfast choices and clean environment

My daughter and I had the best time. The hotel is amazing so clean and the staff cannot do enough for you. Perfect spot to go see a concert at the arena.

We had a lovely stay, the room was clean, warm & had everything we needed. The staff were very polite & helpful, we will definitely stay here again in the future

Easy reach of M6, 10min drive fyom Coombe Abbey where we went to an event, definattly would recommend hotel, reasonably priced!

We always stay here when visiting family, it’s quiet, staff are always welcoming and ready to help if you need anything.

I can highly recommend this Hotel . It is beautifully maintained with comfortable rooms and great amenities. The Breakfast quality and choice is exceptional. The staff wonderful, friendly and extremely helpful. A special mention for those on Reception especially Isabela who was amazing.

I really enjoyed my stay, the staff are kind to there clients, that, the room is very clean, when next i come to visit, i will like to lodge there again. It a nice place to lodge.

Staff were friendly and professional, Isabella in particular was excellent and very welcoming on front desk.
