The staff were mostly helpful and very nice, specially the receptionist in the afternoon and the last at the breakfast. The room is just fine but the room service was not even. Do not stay in room 210 because of the noise of washing machine or something in the middle of the night.

A brief stay in Helena while visiting friends. The bed was pretty firm and the comforter had a large tear on the ribbing. Really worn bedsheets and comforter. Front desk people were awesome and breakfast had a very nice variety.

The entire process was a nightmare

Staff was courteous and helpful. Problems with exterior door lock pads at property and answer was "they dont work". Not a 5 star property but well worth the money compared to the better rated properties in Helena and their prices.

Everything except the shower was good. It had a slow drain, so my morning ablutions were not as optimal as I would have liked.

The staff were super helpful and pleasant. The room was incredibly clean and well-maintained, and the area was very quiet. Very convenient for my conference, and the price was excellent! I would definitely recommend and it will be my go to when I need to stay in Helena!

Great people and a nice solid property. Only request would be to do a better job clearing the ice on the driveway in front of the hotel. You can't get to the cleared sidewalks without crossing the ice and even after days without snow, no one broke up that relatively small area of persistent (and very slick) ice. I'll stay here again regardless, but... Thanks all!

Clean, comfortable, a little dated but friendly staff

This hotel needs a refurbishment. Old and it doesn’t smell good. My room smells like dog urine. The one receptionist they had left a message with a phone number to call for service. I think JW Marriott would be ashamed to have his name associated with it! Very noisy because a hall AC unit was making a god awful howling grinding noise. The room is very small and cramped. Not good value for money spent. Should not be on your list Helena MT! Verrrry dis appointed. My rental charge should refunded. Just awful.

We had a comfortable staff. The staff was kind.

Our 1st night was not as good as the 2nd night. But that was not because of the hotel. There were some special Olympic teams staying on the floor above us and beginning at 11:30pm u til about 4:00 am the people above us were stomping very hard on the floor so needless to say we didn’t get any sleep. However, customer service was good we were able to check in 2 hours early which was very helpful.

This is my second stay at this property in as many weeks. Super friendly staff. Very clean and well maintained. Superb value. This is now my “go-to” when I visit Helena.

Front desk clerk was super friendly. Room is clean and well maintained. Coffee maker in the room is fabulous! I’m putting this one in my favorites for future trips to Helena.

I rarely write reviews but this time I must. The front desk people were unusually friendly and helpful, eager to find ways to give something extra, always with a smile. When we wanted to bring our grandchildren in to use the pool, they apologized for it being closed for annual maintenance and immediately set us up with their sister property a couple of miles away so we could take them there. The included breakfast was well thought out, with some special touches. Four egg options (two types of omelets, plus scrambled and hard boiled). Oatmeal with 10 available toppings--who does these things? All in all we were unusually well taken care of.
