Looks quite new. No objection to anything.

The noise is horrible. you can here people in the other rooms very well,the doors slam and because the walls are so thin or bad insulation you can hear ever door close. Not worth the money

Had another wonderful stay at your hotel. The wifi was a little bit frustrating as we had to constantly log back in with our email to access it which was different from our previous stays but otherwise, everything else was amazing!

MTN House was a great stay. It is on the other side of the highway to main amenities but is a short 20-30 minutes walk or 5 minute taxi ride. We had one of the rooms at the end of the building with a large bathroom and stained glass windows, definitely worth value for money and would stay again

Beautiful property, friendly staff and rooms with a wonderful view. There is construction on the property but it didn’t impact our stay. Only thing to note is the bus stop going to Banff is 5 minutes away, but the bus stop coming back drops you off about a 30 minute walk away. Alternatively you could stay on the bus for longer than it would take to walk to be dropped off at the closer bus stop. Would be a more walkable trek if there was a pedestrian bridge connecting this area to downtown otherwise walks in and out of downtown take longer to go around the highway. Would definitely stay here again!

This hotel, from the staff, to the restaurant, to the rooms, was absolutely FANTASTIC!!! They have thought of every little thing to make your stay the best it can be. Loved the modern rooms with character, the amenities, and the service. The staff went above and beyond. Would highly recommend!

The property was modern, clean and excellently run. The highlight was the customer service, with the receptionist Naj making the stay comfortable and ensuring we never missed out on any fun activities in or around the hotel. I would recommend this place to anyone and will be back again soon.

Easy and convenient contactless checkin/out process, well appointed rooms

The staff is AMAZING! Extremely professional. They will do anything to accommodate your needs. The place really feels like a 4-star hotel. The location is great too, honestly speaking, you don’t need to stay in Banff. This hotel is only 20’ away from Banff so super convenient.

We stayed at MTN House by Basecamp in Canmore for one night and absolutely loved it. The atmosphere of the hotel is cozy, modern, and welcoming, perfect for a mountain getaway. Our room had a breathtaking view of the Rockies, and waking up to that scenery was unforgettable. There was a cute little photo studio space in the lobby, a fun spot to snap some memories. We truly enjoyed our stay and would love to come back for a longer visit. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a peaceful, scenic escape in the heart of the mountains.
