I do not like writing negative reviews. Something positive reflects on the staff, they were pleasant and helpful. The room was a junior suite so it was spacious with a living room and bedroom, two large televisions, a working refrigerator and microwave. The hotel unexpectedly had a popular bar. I stayed in room 538 and I believe the hotel must address these negatives: some of the electrical outlets did not work in the bathroom, at the desk and the bedroom headboard. The carpet is old. It has gray dust throughout the perimeter of the room, quite visible. There is a slat wall that separates the bedroom and the living room and there’s an overwhelming amount of dust buildup, it’s quite visible from across the room and worse as you get closer to it. I don’t understand why housekeeping has not addressed that. The tub/shower floor, oh my, has built-up dirt. I actually purchased a bathmat for the shower to cover the dirt stains; when you stand in the shower the tub sinks beneath your footprint, very gross. I did have a four day stay at the hotel, therefore I used the washer and dryer which need to be wiped down as well as swapped out with new models. The hotel needs a teardown or a complete renovation. It brings down the Hilton value that I have associated with the Hilton brand. I’m sorry for the harsh but honest review.

The front desk people are really nice. Nice restaurant and bar. Rooms weren’t cleaned at its best. Hair in the tub and sink. Tissue box had inches of dust. Dust on the desk as well. I also left a 10 dollar tip for a day and a half stay and left my jacket in the closet. I was told housekeeping will call me, never happened. That was disheartening as well. I hope they enjoy my jacket and 10 bucks

Staff wasn’t too friendly, some of the rude, the lady at the breakfast area, was very rude to me, I explained I paid for my breakfast it was included with my room and she was trying to make me pay for it, also the way she spoke to me was with an attitude the whole time for no reason. I Did not like that.

Was conveniently located to town. Rooms were very clean and clean thru out the hotel. Breakfast buffet was very good with many choices.

Clean & quiet interior, no sounds from adjoining rooms. Friendly, accommodating staff, and excellent french fries in the restaurant.
