Nice and large room. And it is clean. Good location. Nearby transport Tram/S. Nice staff and helpful.

Positive: spacious room, aircon is a plus in summer, bathtub, clean. Negative: quite a distance ca. 16 mins from Munich train station and downtown. Hot water did not work in the morning of our departure day.
