Very nice

I was in town visiting my son after having surgery and the accomodations fit perfectly with my needs with regard to that recovery. I have only a couple complaints, for what you pay for the room it's quite inconvenient to have to wait until 3pm to check in. I had to make plans for that day prior to checking in. While I appreciated the relaxed atmosphere in the dining area with the leather and fabric chairs, myself, (and I noticed an elderly diner as well), found these chairs much too deep for the tables they're paired with, and difficult to get out of if you're infirmed in any way). The TV in the bedroom would cut out frequently, so we eventually just gave up on trying to use it. I did have some trouble figuring how how to use that shower but eventually figured it out! I loved the service, everyone was very accommodating and attentive, my meal in the hotel restaurant that evening was fantastic, as was my wine. The room was great, bed was comfy, and I loved that I never once ran out of hot water, (which I needed to keep things sterile for me in my recovery). Many thanks for letting me feel like a Queen for a day.

The phone didn't work, the bathroom door wouldn't close, hallway was dirty, staff at check in was kind of rude

Shower head not working properly. Shower too slippery. Staff were excellent and very professional. Enjoyed meal at Vic's . Construction and renovation made room selection difficult.

Awaiting comp for my room

we have been to this property before and will continue to in the future... we love the lounge and breakfast restaurant and the food was delicious at both. Beds were good but sofa bed mattress needs an upgrade badly.

Hotel staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, especially when my son left an item at checkout. They had it shipped and it was at my door in under 48 hours.

Hotel is big, clean and has a pool our kids enjoyed. Breakfast buffet had plenty of selection and was not busy at all. Great service by staff

First time to this location was a great location.

A little on the high side for a room for the night, but the bed was nice, shower was hot and location worked out perfectly. Zero issues checking in, and did not have housekeeping knocking at 9am.

Close to the airport

We liked it all.

We enjoyed the mall being right across the street and so many restaurants in the area to choose from. We found that it was a bit noisy as we could hear the other guests as if they were in our room. Hopefully when the renovations have been completed, this might alleviate the noise levels a bit.
