スタッフな対応は、非常にフレンドリーで心地良かったのですが、室内は窓を開けても汗が止まらず非常に不快。 水回りの清掃は行き届いておらず不快。 リフトもなく、階段でスーツケースを上げ下げした。

Good location and plenty of parking

Staff excellent, welcoming and helpful. Good value hotel. Only downsides had to pay for parking which seems a liberty considering where the hotel is. It’s not a town centre hotel. If they’d added it to the hotel price we wouldn’t have noticed

Overall it was a good stay. The only issue I had was that you have to pay an overnight car parking fee and this wasn’t disclosed on Expedia. Breakfast was good and the staff were friendly too.

Beautiful food with a lovely clean room and plenty of parking

The hotel was goodnight stay with towel and a gift on bed which was a nice touch. It was easy to find and reception has cups of water if you want . The only things is that you have to pay £10 a night for parking which should either be part of room price or be told in advance. Easy to Christ just have to put key in a checkout box

All staff were very friendly and helpful with always a big smile. Excellent.

Good for a one night stay as I have used before. However as a £10 parking charge has recently been introduced and I was not made aware of this when booking.

Clean room , pleasant staff and convenient

Yes it was fresh, and lovely breakfast and the meal in the evening was delicious. Comfortable room and was treated in the room when getting there with treats in the room. And the check in staff were kind and very helpful. Couldn’t do enough to help. The room was lovely and clean and presentable.

Clean and friendly staff

What stood out for us was the support we had. My daughter's baby was born very premature in the local hospital. I spoke to the hotel and they were willing to give us a good price on a room as we didn't know how long we would need it for. They gave us a family room with an extra bed. They put a fridge in the room for expressed milk to be kept until it could be taken to the hospital. The hotel location was perfect as it's walking distance. The staff were extremely helpful and supportive. Mina, Brooke, Emma, Andrea are just some of the names. Thank you for taking some of the stress away from a very worrying and stressful time. We are truly grateful.
