部屋からの景色、朝食も素晴らしい！観光にもショッピングにも便利です、またリピートしたい宿泊したいホテルです

伝統と格式のあるホテルらしく、立地も良くスタッフもサーピスも良く、朝食も美味しかったです。ただ、排水が今一つなど施設が古いから仕方ないのかなぁと思うところもありました。

ロケーションと施設が素晴らしかったです。朝食の景観とスタッフのサービスもよかったです。

場所は便利、景色も最高。部屋も多少の古さは感じますが清潔で快適です。テッサロニキでいくつかホテルを使ってますが、1,2を争うホテルだと思います。

中心部にあり、とても便利。シービューの部屋を選んで良かった。部屋は基本的に掃除が行き届いていて綺麗だが、到着した日はゴミ箱にゴミが残っていたのが残念。窓はピタッと閉まらないのでうるさいが、夜中は静か。ベッドは寝やすい。朝食は最上階でテラスもあり、種類も豊富でとても美味しかった。スタッフも親切。快適に過ごせるホテルです。

Excellent hotel. Really well located, lovely and very helpul staff. Rooftop bar is lovely in the evenings and breakfast with a view is a fabulous way to start the day. Alexia, Guest Services Manager is super helpful. We will be back!

Nathalie at the reception get me in my room , although I was bit early ,and more over I found my room little narrow and show me another room little bit bigger ..Thanks N ❤️..About the property best location 2 set back though 1— Small rooms.. 2— 2 small ,slow elevators other than everything were perfect .Great breakfast ,süper service ,nice location .walkable to anywhere ,at the corner great patisserie which is Always full .I will be back ,thanks …

Brilliant hotel with very helpful staff. They also use environmentally responsible cosmetics in the rooms. Well positioned for restaurants & bars, although their rooftop bar is brilliant, with a great view

A brilliant stay for my husband's 50th birthday. Truly the best location, such luxury and the hospitality is outstanding. A big shout out to Spyros who conspired with me to create a fab birthday surprise. Many thanks to everyone. We hope to return soon.

The breakfast is excellent, freshly squeezed orange juice, raw salmon, eggs cooked in every form, large variety of bread and baked stuff. The view is fabulous, overlooking the city square and the bay. The location is impeccable, steps away from many restaurants and the water front. Above all, the staff are extraordinarily hospitable. reception, business area staff , breakfast, and house keeping all are warm and helpful. The service is THE BEST, second to none among all the hotels I have been to.

Peaceful Palace in the middle of the hustle and bustle waterfront. For the moment you walk in the welcoming lobby, Smiles welcome you with Greek hospitality. The rooms are updated and clean. There is a wonderful rooftop restaurant and swimming pool. You can walk everywhere. It's right on the waterfront so you have an incredible long view of the wide ocean. When I'm back in town I won't stay anywhere else!

Oteli görünce çok beğenerek ve özellikle manzarası iiçin aldım.Ancak bize verilen oda otelim en dip ve en arka odası idi .dört tarafı duvarlarle çevrili ara boşluğa bakıyor ve bu da yetmezmiş gibi en alt katta olması sebebiyle büyük büyük jeneratör sebebiyle çok gürültülü idi . Kapalı alan fobisi olanların asla kalamayacağı bir oda idi .Yabamcı dil bilmediğimiz için kendimizi ilk gün ifade etmek zor oldu.İlk gün başka oda isteğimize boş yer yok dendi .Ancak buraya yapmış olduğumuz yorum sonrasında yani ertesi gün odamızı para karşılığında ön tarafa ya da ücretsiz olarak aynı tarafta üst kata alabiliriz diye mesaj attılar .Ancak biz hem otelden çok uzakta hem de zaten ertesi gün çıkacağız diye o kuyuyu andıran odada kaldık.Oda alırken asla standart odayı almayın.
