Located in the center of the city, it is very convenient for sightseeing, shopping, and dining.

ロケーション、そしてフロントのスタッフは良かったが、ホテルの掃除が17時まで来なかった為、掃除は無しにする結果に…タオルの交換などはエコを考えると必要無いが、せめてゴミの処理やベッドメイキングなどは早い時間にしてほしかった。

車での旅行で一人で滞在。部屋は清潔で、シャンプー、コンディショナー、シャワージェルなどアメニティは充実。レストランでの朝食は取りやめているとのこと。朝食が食べられるカフェのおすすめをリストにしてくれており、よかった。朝、フロント前にクロワッサンが用意されており、部屋に持ち帰って食べることもできた。コーヒーマシンもあった。コーヒーはいつでも利用可。ドムタワーまで、徒歩3分程度と立地も良好。フロントの人も親切で、感じが良かった。

朝ごはんのお姉さんがとても明るくよく笑う人で朝からいい気持ちでした。オシャレなカフェのような朝食の場所で、食事もおいしかったです。部屋は大きい窓があり、明るくて良かったです。

ユトレヒト駅から徒歩10分ほどですが、バス停も目の前なので、交通の便がとても良い場所にあります。また、ドムタワーと商店街もすぐ近くで、買い物や飲食にも便利。部屋には、ポットと冷蔵庫、ミニバーなど必要な物がそろっていて不便はなかったが、机の周囲に電源がなかったことと、シャワーのみでバスタブがなかったことだけが残念でした。でも数日だけのことなので、大きな問題ではありません。繁華街だけに週末は夜中まで外がうるさいのですが、ベッドサイドに耳栓が用意されていました。レストランの食事もおいしかったし、コーヒーやお茶がロビーにあるのも嬉しい。

古さは否めません。ですが掃除が行き届いており、好感が持てました。ロビーが小さくて驚きました。予約した部屋にバスタブがなかったのでお金を払って広いバスタブ付きの部屋に変更。おかげで眺望も良くなり満足出来ました。元の部屋も見せてもらいましたが非常に狭く、眺望も壁しか見えないような部屋だったので、そちらだったらオススメしません。私達の部屋が通りに面していたので、車の往来その他の外の音がかなり聞こえました。そのせいか、部屋に耳栓が置かれていました。

従業員の方達がフレンドリーでした。 たぶんきっとオランダらしいホテルなのだと思います、他は知りませんが。オランダ式節約、みたいな。 道路の騒音は季節とか曜日とかで違うんでしょうね。

Room rate is a little high for this small room. Wifi sometimes was not good for facetime. Location is good.

It didn’t bother us, but it can be loud at night, especially on weekends. Otherwise, very good value

The property is centrally located and is accessible by public transportation. The room was perfect. Loved that it had a mini refrigerator and lots of restaurants close by- with walking distance

This hotel is great and conveniently located less than a 15 min walk from the central station. There are lots of good restaurants and shops nearby. If you are looking for a quiet neighbourhood, this may not be the place for you. I did find it a little noisy at night, but I had no issues sleeping. Overall a good stay. I would definitely stay again and recommend

To not have breakfast included at €300 per night is hard to understand. And bugs in the bathroom doesn’t make it any better. Very small room!

It was King's Day and it was extremely crowded, but we knew that when we reserved the property. We had a great balcony room so we could overlook the craziness going on in the city. The location was excellent, close to the main square, shopping, dining, etc. The best part was being directly across from the beautiful church! I would recommend this hotel to anyone. Staff was extremely helpful.

I stayed 3 nights and loved this hotel from old world charm to a huge Junior suite with wonderful view… and best of all location location location.. bus stop at front door but also everything in walking distance.. I recommend highly

Je n’ai pas séjourné dans cet hôtel car l’ascenseur était toujours en panne alors qu’il devait être réparé 1 mois avant notre venue. Néanmoins le réceptionniste a été charmant et efficace pour nous changer de NH. Seul problème, le prix n’était pas le même et impossible de me faire rembourser la différence.

I absolutely loved this boutique hotel. The bed was comfortable, shower was great and everything was very clean. It had a coffee maker, fridge, and kettle in the room. The location cannot be beat - so central and easy to get to the main station. My room had a beautiful view of the church across the street. The staff was very nice too. Highly recommend!!
