レセプションの女性スタッフが面倒臭いという感じの対応で残念でした。ナビ検索では違う場所に到着します、場所がわかりにくく、周りは一方通行だらけの道で一度行き過ぎてしまうと、元の場所にもどるのに10分かかります。 飲み物のサービスがあるのに、説明はありませんでした。

非常に快適でした。また利用したい

非常に清潔なホテルでした。フロントも非常に親切でした。嫌な顔する事なく、傘の貸し出しをしてくれたり、welcomeコーヒーにクロワッサン等、配慮 感じました。

結論から言いますと、非常に特殊なホテルで一般の方にはお勧めしません。雑誌の推奨ホテルとして掲載されていたもので、少し安易に選んでしまって後悔しましたがすでに入金済みだしキャンセルするわけにもいかず、こんなにショックを受けたホテルも今までありません。　まずは農家を改装したホテルらしく、それもあって場所が分かりづらく、たたずまいと言えば、歩道もないやっと車がすれ違える、しかもすごく交通量の多い四つ角に位置しとても危険で道を横切るのも大変、離れた駐車場に行くのにも一苦労でした。農家のたたきのようなところにフロントがあり、薄暗くて日中は誰もいない、そして部屋もせまくて荷物も置くところがないくらい。　要するにホテルのイメージで行くとひどい違和感があるということです。

ジュネーブからバスで来ました。アヌシー駅に近いです。 ホテルの建物にホテル名が大きく書いてあったのですぐ見つけられました。 部屋はとても狭いですが、バスルームは清潔でアメニティも良かったです。 ただ、リンスはありません。 ネット環境も問題なかったです。またとまりたいと思います。

駅からも近く、看板が出ていてわかりやすい。旧市街にも湖にも近いし荷物も預かってくれる。環境も静か。

アヌシーで１泊した際に利用しました。 湖も徒歩７分程度、アヌシー駅からは徒歩１分とロケーションは最高です。 ホテルの内装はリフォームしたての様で、壁紙、洗面所、ジュータンはきれいです。 エレベータは歴史を感じさせる、手動とびらでした。 部屋からの眺めは、湖畔に比べると全く期待出来ませんが、部屋で過ごすより 外で過ごした方が気持ちい良いと思います。 夕食はサヴォア地方料理のお店で、チーズが絶品の「Le Freti」を紹介してもらい 予約も入れてもらいました。 フロントには、何でも相談に乗ってくれるおばちゃんがいて、大変助かりました。

Rent o snyggt. Bra med parkering i garage nära. Hotellet ligger med gångavstånd till allt. Personalen kunde vara bättre. Frukost ok.

Hotel novo e muito bem localizado

Great location. Walking distance from the train station and bus terminal. Short walk to old city and the lake! Clean and modern rooms, comfortable beds, fantastic rain shower with really good water pressure. Breakfast was quite good as they provide farm fresh eggs and the typical French breakfast accompaniments.

Location very convenient to the Old Town but far enough from the crowds. An easy 5 minute walk. Easy walk to the lake shore too.

Helt underbart hotell nära gamla staden

Thia hotel was excellent value for money and the room was spacious and well laid out. Parking for us was near the front entrance so couldnt be any closer. Easy walk into the city centre and also the lake side. Train and bus station about a 5min walk. Breakfast area is quite something with a very nice seating area and food selection was great. Yes i would come back and stay.

Chouette hôtel, bien placé situé tout près de la vieille ville. Chambre agréable. Personnel bienveillant. Petit déjeuner bien garni. Séjour très agréable. A recommander vivement !

Ideally located within a short walk of the train station, the hotel is clean with comfortable beds and spacious bath rooms. Also <5 minute walk to old town sites and 10 minute walk to the lake. Good breakfast offering included. Staff courteous at checkin/check out and helpful with questions about the neighborhood. Highly recommend.

Brilliant location, less than five minutes from the train station and easy walk into the old town. Great storage for a small room. Would just suggest refillable amenities and more towel racks. Afternoon tea/coffee station a nice touch.
