Anthony at the lobby bar was super nice. He went out of his way to make us feel comfortable. Sadly it was Saturday night and there was a big football game on with 8 of us at the bar and he had to close at 10. Maybe staying open a bit later if there are guests enjoying their night might be better. Thank you

The staff is fabulous and the rooms are so clean this is our second time here and will be back next year!

Stayed with my wife and two kids and this was the worst Hilton experience I’ve ever had. Room and common areas were dirty—dusty surfaces, stained/dirty carpet, dirty TV and remote. Asked to switch rooms and the “new” room was in the same condition. Housekeeping only dropped off towels instead of cleaning. I usually trust the Hilton name, but this location did not meet brand standards. I can’t recommend it for families who need a clean stay.

Suite wasn’t so sweet! Check in was a half hour late, property was no where near capacity. Room had too many issues (not clean) for a suite I would expect more. For a Hilton property I would also expect more!

The property management should be proactive when booking a suite for 6 people. There should be adequate towel sets available to accommodate the number of guests when they arrive to the property.

Very clean and staff was veer polite only problem pool was not working

This hotel was very outdated, which doesn’t bother me as long as it’s clean. It was not clean. The room was nasty, so much dust and dirt around and on everything. The microwave and fridge were dirty. The walls were dirty. The bedding was stained and dirty. The bathroom had toothpaste all over sink area, the shower was gross with old dirty,yellow shower curtain. I had asked them to go in and clean up when we arrived and they basically wiped the floor a little bit. They really need to deep clean their rooms because we felt icky. We had to stay because of no other option and lucky had our own pillows and blankets but I would never stay here again and I would never recommend this hotel. Also the pool is tiny and always crowded and very loud because it echos in the pool area. If you want a fun place for your kids this isn’t it. This was the first time I have stayed in a hotel that was so gross- so I feel I want to warn people.

Very quiet

It is a fine hotel for a quick overnight, but if you’re looking for long term stays this isn’t the place. Food area is small with limited selection, rooms are dated and have that moist wet air feel. The hotel is clean yet you leave feeling just a little gross.

The staff was very nice and the rooms were clean. I really appreciated that the pool was open late and check out was at 12. My grandson loved the entire hotel experience and would like to live there.

I was really surprised with the water bottles in the room, that you had to pay additional $$ to drink. I was also surprised there was no complimentary breakfast, but looking back into the details later, their website did state this. The elevator didn't work, and being on the top floor made it hard to lug our bags.

We typically really enjoy staying at Hilton but this location definitely misses the mark. The sinkhole in the parking lot (not their fault) might be an omen for this site. The beds and pillows are probably some of the most uncomfortable ones I’ve ever experienced in a hotel & as comfortable as an 80’s pullout sofa. The carpeting is dingy and smells (the sprays they use on it only make it worse). The cleaning staff is not good and a couple were rude (getting on elevators before guests even get off and complaining in front of guests while on their smoking break right outside the entrance). The dining area is not properly staffed for busy times (the staff in dining was kind and apologetic for the long wait). These are just a few of items of issues for this hotel. While we’ll return to Hilton, we won’t be returning to this location.

The front desk staff was friendly, and check-in was smooth. Unfortunately, the room was a major letdown. It felt extremely dated and did not feel clean. The pull-out sofa sheets had crumbs, the bed had what appeared to be chocolate, and the ice bucket contained spoiled juice (at least that’s what I assume) and had a strong odor. The room also had an unpleasant stench overall. I only stayed one night for a visit to Hershey Park, but if I had booked for longer, I would not have stayed. For the price paid it was a total let down.

They practice “Covid Cleaning”. They do not have daily housekeeping services. Hotels are in the service business. Should not have to search for towels at 11:00 pm.

As woman with kids we booked last minute cause the first place we booked was not safe. We had a such a safe visit it was clean and the staff was wonderful. From My experience it was a win win and the coffee was wonderful fresh every morning
