子供３人（９才，５才，３才）と私の４人で利用したのですが，部屋の広さといい，プール設備といい，是非また利用したいと思います。次回は，妻も同伴してくれるといいのですが。

Very nice hotel. The carpet is ugly and old, but otherwise not a bad place to stay.

Room was extremely tired, and poor cleanliness with bugs every night we stayed

Clean room, friendly staff, great location!

We were initially told our room would be ready in 5-10 minutes. We unloaded our luggage, etc. to a cart. When we came back in, we were told it would be 2 hours. They told us, we could leave the cart right at the front desk!?! We asked for restaurant recommendations and received a 3 page list with the majority of addresses marked TBD. We had hoped for a personal recommendation. Google would have told us more. When we returned, we received no information about breakfast nor where things were located in the hotel. The room was clean; the bed, linens, towels were all very nice. The toilet paper was like tissue wrapping paper. We were in a handicapped room and the shower had a seat but not hand held shower head. Breakfast was adequate.

Great stay here!! Even though there was remodeling taking place, the staff was friendly and professional. The breakfast bar was awesome and our room was nice and clean and comfortable!! We’ll be back for sure!!

Very well situated to enjoy the town and within walking distance of the train. Clean rooms and a good breakfast. Easy check in

I walked in and the check in guy was no where to be found. I had to call the hotel for someone to come. He then was apologetic and kind. Only thing removed was the extra fee hold. Which is nothing for me a a Hilton member.

convenient location ,good parking really helpful staff .

Proximity to Glenwood Caverns Adventure Park is why we choose to stay here. Breakfast is decent. The rooms could use some update and repairs.

The room was not in a good condition and it was a big studio not one bedroom suite.

Construction in lobby, no internet problably due to construction, room has dents and chipped paint. Had to walk around a ladder! Hampton used to be my favorite chain, but no more!

This room and in this area of location if very pricey and you would expect more. We’ve stayed at multiple locations throughout our trip and this was the most expensive one. It’s very outdated and could use better upkeep. Especially for how pricey it was. Staff was very friendly though. They did very well doing their part. That place just needs to remodel and clean or tear out that carpet.
