Poor bathroom housekeeping amd smell in hallway.

There was a musty smell in our floor, the blind in room 314 did not block the ENORMOUS light right outside our room, so it was like sleeping during the day…. The carpet was dirty, the bathroom dirty. Bad towels. It was more like a motel than a hotel. Thankfully Tiffany at the front desk was awesome, great hospitality attitude. The breakfast was pretty good. Will not come back, Im sorry, hope this feedback helps.

Everyone was very friendly and kind. They even had treats for the dog!!

Hotel staff was very nice, floors in room were almost sticky, ac unit in room was super loud woke me up every time it kicked on.

The shower/tub needed repair. The breakfast was not traditional enough for me.

The hotel is conveniently located close to the interstate and shopping,our concern was with the beds , they were squeaking and the book springs were definitely squeaky! Also the carpet it smells moldy and dirty , we couldn’t sleep well with the smelly carpet so we just checked out early.

Hampton inn is always reliable for good service, convenience, and comfort.

I like the overall quality of this establishment except my shower dripping like its out of water,but everything else is fine 🙂

Floors were stained, bed was dirty and pillows smelled. The bathroom floor was so sticky my foot left an imprint. It was gross, but was just for one night and was tired from a long drive. Front desk apologized. But I would not recommend it or ever stay there again.

Friendly staff, easy check-in. Room was exceptionally clean. Good job
