I booked a "double room" and was told the room provided was a "big room." I made the reservation, judging that the interior of the room was divided into two rooms. However, the contents were of normal size, with only one king-size bed. Since two men stayed in the room, I spent three days with sheets on the floor.

I felt safe and comfortable here, not only inside the hotel, but outside as well. Staff was very gracious and check in was easy.

We had a medical appointment at the st. Joseph’s Hospital. It was so closed and easy to get there. The breakfast was delicious!

I expected it’d be a much cleaner and nicer property based on the reviews I read prior to booking. It’s not a terrible property, my family and me are just used to nicer properties. Learning experience for the next trip to Phoenix.

Friendly staff,management should improve the quality of their breakfast and also use fragrance for the room.
