駅から近いのがありがたかった。清潔感のある豪華なホテル。フロントのかたも、親切だった。美術館が近いのも、少し歩けば周りのカフェが多いのも良かった。

従業員の態度、サービスは、フロントの若い女性を除き完璧。特に、コンスィエージュの対応が完璧。 チェックイン時、kingsizeベッドを予約していたが、queenベッドの部屋を提供される。 ホテルの下を地下鉄が走っている為、5階客室でも少し聞こえる。14階の部屋までは届かなかったが。 スリッパの追加を要求するも在庫無し、翌日提供される。

洗面所に鏡が２つあって2人で同時に利用できたことはかなり良かった。 スリッパがあると書かれていたが部屋にはなかった。フロントに言えば用意してもらえたのかもしれないが、残念だった。 バスローブは滞在中同じ物を使うことが当たり前のようだが、フロントに言って新しい物を用意してもらうことができて、気持ちよく過ごせた。

お得な朝食込みのプランで泊まりました。 地下鉄の振動や上階のドタバタが聞こえるので、神経質な人は不向きと思われます。 それらが、睡眠の妨げになることは、ありませんでした。

室内設備、備品も整っており、特に石鹸やシャンプーは香りも良くて、1日の疲れを癒すには最高でした。 部屋も綺麗だし、スタッフの優しい対応など申し分ないです！！

とても、体温が良いホテルでした。 フルブレックファストが素晴らしく美味しかった。しかし、ホテルに売店が無く 買い物は、外に出る必要がありました。駐車場は、バレットのみです。別料金がかかります。

レストランも美味しいし、コンシェルジュも頼りになる。部屋は快適だった。施設は少し古さが目立っている。

総合的に特に問題はないと思います。ただしwifiのつながりは微妙でした。仕方ありませんが、強いて言えばそこを改善していただきたいです。

Clean, relaxing and exceptional service.

My daughter and I had a pleasant night together! My only issue was the person beside us was smoking and we could smell it periodically throughout our stay. I let the front desk know but never got any follow up.

Everything about this hotel is perfect! Staff were attentive, location brilliant and bed was superbly comfortable. Parking was convenient and the rooftop bar just amazing. We had a lovely 2 night stay as all was on point.

The room and service was excellent! However my room was next to the service closet so it was quite loud with the doors, and people speaking near my room.

First time at the Park Hyatt and we will be back. Upgrades to a corner suite which was really spacious.

Front desk need more training, they are difficult and not helpful at all. bunch of a**holes, other than that, not bad.

Perfect for urban retreat with family in downtown Toronto

When we arrived at 1230 our rooms werent ready which was fine. When they still werent ready at the 3pm, the check in time, this really began to affect our trip. We didnt end up getting a room until 5:36 pm. We were given no explanation which left us frustrated and annoyed.
