とても良い環境で歴史ある素敵なホテルですが、施設の古さはもちろん、カーテンが壊れていたり、清掃が行き届かなかったりという点は、ある程度仕方がないのかもしれません。

まず、車を停めるところからとても丁寧な対応で気に入りました。 フロントでは待ち時間にコーヒーを出してくれてくつろぐことができました。 その後部屋に入るととてもラグジュアリーな雰囲気でよかったです。 エッシャー美術館は目の前、マウリッツハイス美術館も至近距離で美術好きの私たちも大変気に入りました。 ディナーも朝食もとても美味しかったです。

バスタブ付きが希望でしたが １階でシャワーのみは少し残念

　こったデザインの内装や豪華な印象を与えるサロンは、人によって好みが分かれるかもしれませんが、使い勝手はよく、快適でした。立地は大使館や骨董店の面しており、市内観光や買い物にも便利でした。 　ドアボーイがきちんと動き、コンシエルジュが質問に的確に答え、サービス面もきちんとしていました。 　不便な点を強いてあげればネットが有料で、ＮＨＫがチャンネルになく、仕事をする調度ではないことがやや不便でした。

Beautiful hotel with excellent staff/service. Close to shops/restaurants/museums/things to do.

Service staff seriously understaffed! On a few occasions during breakfast I was completely forgotten and had to go into the service area to serve my own coffee juices and no one checked in on me. The staff however are very friendly but there’s only so much they can do. This is not the way an establishment of this expected caliber should be operating. I have stayed here on many occasions and I’m disappointed by the lack of attention in the dining area. I hope someone looks into this and brings the staff up to the level of professionalism one would expect from the Des Indes otherwise there are many other establishments that can meet the service expectations. Just to be clear, everyone was friendly and do their best. It’s management that is responsible for the understaffing and lack of attention to the big picture.

Beautiful, elegant hotel within a fifteen minute walk from Hague Central Station. Posh rooms with high quality furniture. Good breakfast buffet. A bit expensive.

Charming period historic proterty in a lovely historic location.

L’hôtel bénéficie d’un cadre historique et soigné, mais l’expérience ne correspond pas au standing attendu. Le personnel est courtois, sans toutefois se démarquer par une attention particulière. Le service voiturier a rendu mon véhicule couverte de résine et de feuilles, et s’est contenté de répondre qu’« une pluie arrangerait cela ». Résultat : deux lavages inutiles et un polissage à prévoir. Très décevant, car inacceptable, pour un établissement se revendiquant du luxe.

The hotel is located at a very convenient quiet area yet close to many attractions and restaurants. The hotel is beautifully decorated. Staffs are friendly. I will stay at the hotel again if I am going to visit The Hague in the future.
