内装も豪華でとても良かったです。

車椅子にかかわらず、大変丁寧に対応していただけました。特にベルマンの対応が秀逸でした。非常に快適に過ごすことが出来ました。ありがとうございました。

とても良い環境で歴史ある素敵なホテルですが、施設の古さはもちろん、カーテンが壊れていたり、清掃が行き届かなかったりという点は、ある程度仕方がないのかもしれません。

まず、車を停めるところからとても丁寧な対応で気に入りました。 フロントでは待ち時間にコーヒーを出してくれてくつろぐことができました。 その後部屋に入るととてもラグジュアリーな雰囲気でよかったです。 エッシャー美術館は目の前、マウリッツハイス美術館も至近距離で美術好きの私たちも大変気に入りました。 ディナーも朝食もとても美味しかったです。

バスタブ付きが希望でしたが １階でシャワーのみは少し残念

　こったデザインの内装や豪華な印象を与えるサロンは、人によって好みが分かれるかもしれませんが、使い勝手はよく、快適でした。立地は大使館や骨董店の面しており、市内観光や買い物にも便利でした。 　ドアボーイがきちんと動き、コンシエルジュが質問に的確に答え、サービス面もきちんとしていました。 　不便な点を強いてあげればネットが有料で、ＮＨＫがチャンネルになく、仕事をする調度ではないことがやや不便でした。

Kamers zijn beetje vergane glorie. Roestige barsten in de marmeren wasbak, toiletbril scheef gemonteerd, kalkaanslag op de antieke tegels. Gordijnen blokkeren slecht lichtinval dus je bent op tijd wakker. Personeel is super vriendelijk en behulpzaam.

Stayed for 2 nights at this hotel after staying at the Hilton. Paid a lot more for this one than the Hilton and wished we had stayed there. Took ages both mornings for someone to actually seat us for breakfast and then we were forgotten twice when we asked for more tea. The hotel looked beautiful and reception staff very friendly but our room was not cleaned, our tv did not work and we had no teabags in our room, just basic things you would have thought. We did report our problems but have never had a follow up from the hotel. Save your money and stay at the Hilton breakfast and service mikes better !!!

Very nice and spacious room, comfortable bed. But unfortunately very dusty everywhere. Plus we had the junior suite, and both showers were faulty.

If you want a bit of luxury this is the place. Well locate in an elegant area of the Hague filled with top notch eateries. It's plush, its fun, it's vibrant. Comfortable luxurious rooms. Bath tub/shower is a little high to get into - other than that it's a perfect place.

The rooms are spacious, with a great location and enviable location. The place to stay in the Hague for confort and elegance.

Excellent en uitmuntend

Breakfast was good however in my booking it was not clear if breakfast was included or not

Hatte eine erste Nacht in einem Zimmer über einer Küchenraum. War bis spät in der Nacht laut und in der Früh ebenfalls. Ein anderes Zimmer habe ich leider erst am nächsten Tag bekommen. Das war nett und ruhig. Auf die erste nacht hätte ich gerne verzichtet.

Lovely hotel with parking a short walk from the center of The Hague. Excellent breakfast, helpful staff.

This hotel is beautiful and centrally located. The concierge was extremely helpful upon check-in. The area is very safe and near many embassies. I highly recommend this hotel.
