Clean Rooms and Welcoming Staff

Lobby carpet needs to be cleaned or replaced.

Our stay was wonderful there was one minor hiccup the one plug in socket was dead so we had to maneuver somethings so i can plug in my cpap machine

I was fleeing a dangerous domestic situation and needed a safe place to stay. I booked a non refundable room and they would not let me check in because I have a local address. What absurd policy doesn’t let people who live in the same town use your facilities? And not advertise it on your listings???

Pretty good hotel

Room was pretty clean and updated. Beds are soft. It was fairly warm in the room even when I turned the temperature down. But overall it wasn’t bad. There was a minor incident with the homeless pulling the fire alarm at 5am which was frustrating. I feel like they should have safety on the doors during certain hours so they can’t get access. Staff was friendly and helpful as well.

Bed never got made. Rooms are nice but lobby is dirty. Restaurant is dirty and food no good. Front staff was rude on check in.

Booked a room for employee here and room was good. Front desk very accommodating for his schedule.

Staff was great the every second night cleaning turned into three nights

Hotel is ok, no upgrade or extras for Expedia VIP, no hot water in 2 of the 3 rooms for morning showers put a damper on the experience.
