This hotel is highly recommended, we have stayed before COVID. At the present (after COVID), they do not have the service of Wines and Cheeses in the evening, very disappointing...

新婚旅行で泊まりました。 スタッフの対応が素晴らしかったです。

2階ラウンジで飲み物(水・コーヒー)や軽食(ベーグル、菓子)を取れるのが大変助かりました。

スタッフの皆さんがものすごく親切でフレンドリーです。受付の皆さんは特に親切でかっこよくて助けていただきました。部屋はNYにしては広く、ベッドは寝心地が良いです。バスルームが広いのも珍しいです。冷蔵庫があれば完璧なんですが。2階のリビングルームでは24時間サービスで飲み物が飲めます。暖炉の傍にクリスマスツリーがある居心地の良い空間でした。温かい飲み物とベーグル、ヨーグルトを中心とする簡単な朝食もここで提供されました。タイムズスクエア周辺はどこへ行っても混んでるので、ここで無料の朝食が取れるのはとてもよかったです。ベーグルはトーストしてくれます。 Staffs are so professional and friendly. You feel safe and protected. I thank all the staffs of Casablanca for the highest level of service. When I had a trouble, the staffs were so helpful to support me. Especially the receptionists are sooooo cool. The room was big and bed was comfortable. We really enjoyed the big bathroom. We also enjoyed the 24h service of hot beverage in the Living-dining room. The toasted bagel (FREE!) was my favorite breakfast during my stay. I definitely come back to Casablanca If I visit NY again.

このホテルは何においてもパーフェクトです！ロケーション、スタッフの対応、施設の設備、清潔さ、全てにおいて完璧ではじめてのニューヨークの旅を素晴らしいものにしてくれました。タイムズスクエアから徒歩1分もかからず、ホテルを出るとすごい数の人と明かりと騒音ですが、ホテルへ入ると静かで趣があってとても快適でした。次もぜひ利用したいです！

スタッフの対応、立地、部屋、どれもとても良かったです。エレベーターやエアコンなどは古い感じがしますが、バスルームが広くて綺麗で快適でした。タイムズスクエアや地下鉄から近くてとても便利ですが、夜は外の騒音が気になる日もあったので耳栓があると良いかもしれません。部屋には冷蔵庫や電子レンジはありませんでした。１日25ドルのリゾートフィーがかかりますが、24時間利用可能なラウンジには無料の飲み物やスナックがあり、いつでも立ち寄れてありがたかったです。

スタッフの対応が暖かく、こぢんまりと落ち着いて泊まるのに向いている素敵なホテルです。

リゾートフィーが1日25ドルかかりますが、簡単な朝食、アフタヌーンティ、イブニングカクテルと終日利用できるコーヒーマシーンなど充実してます。 窓のない部屋もありそうですが、部屋はいたって清潔で必要なものは冷蔵庫以外は揃ってました。観光やビジネスで利用するにはロケーション含めてとてもお勧めできます。 スタッフの皆さんもとてもフレンドリーで気持ちよかった。

正直いろいろな設備は古いですが、それも良い味出してると言える。 ここの売りは、なんと言ってもスタッフの対応。笑顔を絶やさず、サービスも行き届いてます。ここに泊まって後悔はないでしょう。

Just far enough from Times Square.

The staff was amazing! I dropped my son at college in New York City and it was an emotional time for me and they were all so kind, welcoming and supportive. The hotel is lovely, safe and in a fabulous location. Also, a shout out to the lovely gals who run the breakfast. They keep everything running smoothly and we're so kind. Also, air-conditioning was excellent too in my room!

The property is in the heart of Times Square but very quiet once inside. It is also well placed for reaching other attractions on foot if you like walking. It is not as big as the photos would suggest and is quite old but it is very clean. The staff are so helpful and friendly, nothing is too much trouble. We would definitely stay there again next time we visit New York.

Located right by Times Square and all the theatres we were attending. Food in the area is a bit expensive but hotel provided both breakfast and snacks 24/7 in case you didn’t want to eat as many restaurant meals. We walked to Central Park and took the subway to World TradeCemter.
