We enjoyed staying at this hotel.

There was no internet, no phones, and the cords for the TV were missing, so no TV not even antenna TV. When they got a cable cord 5hrs later the TV. wouldn't turn on, and there was no clock (alarm clock). The elevator was broken no-one to help carry your things and no luggage carts. No discount for nothing working, front desk said, “don't like it go somewhere else”. And as for the room, first off couldn't get in the room because automatic key Lock was not working properly, it would not turn red or green look like the battery was dead, when I told the front desk, the told me to, “just keep jiggling the handle, push hard on the door and keep putting the key in and out until the door opens.” There was no cabinet doors on the cabinets. there was no door handle on the bathroom door, and no cover on the bathroom vent, which was not working anyway. If they got a few of those things fixed it could possibly be OK. I felt so unwelcomed and unwanted at this hotel and it was like they were trying to compete with the price of other hotels and trying to price people out. There are no amenities whatsoever or Service help, no breakfast, no complimentary anything.. Terrible experience I will never stay there again.

No pots and pans, horrible customer service, negligent. Unprofessional staff, way too much traffic on property with people that don't belong there. Drug usage, loud music day and night just poor quality of rooms. Missing door handles dirty sheets.leak in sink did not return my charger abuse of authority 0 accommodation to inconveniences 0 accountability unruly behavior of staff management lies insufficient devices waited 2 outside for 20 minutes couldnt get in the room battery died few in decent attire for work i want a refund for my stay

I wasn’t able to check in since no one was at the front desk. The facilities were dirty , I could only imagine what the inside looked like

Technically, I booked itt. Went to check in, saw how much a discrepancy there was in what was presented and what was the truth, and immediately requested an refund. The ownership has a lot of reinvesting to do, before that facility will be considered even a two and a half star hole in the wall, last resort, trucker stop.

Office staff was nice and helpful. Room clean but poor condition. Elevator not working. Stairwells disgusting like a nasty subway entrance in New York City. First room toilet broken, second room only cold water in the sink. Damaged phone. Uneven floor. Criminal activity. Expedia should not list this hotel/motel.

Staff was very friendly and the front desk girl that attended me was super sweet friendly and professional she definitely deserves a raise!!!!

This location was so unsafe, I attempted to cancel, but hotel declined. We walked away and stayed at another location, sleeping on sofa in my sister’s room. Random tenants were hanging out in small office while I checked in. No privacy at check-in and was not comfortable with parking a vehicle overnight. Safer options nearby.

Please don’t stay here. There’s a lot of illegal activities going on at this place. The rooms are terrible. Bed sheets with stains. Horrid smells. DONT STAY HERE

Grounds were littered, elevator broken, every single person in line behind me came back 2 to 3 times with room issues. Door jams are broken on many doors. The first person that checked me in had a blunt on the counter. No towels, no blankets... the second person Donna was helpful and refunded room right away as there was a child in our room. We just couldnt stay.

Nice peaceful quiet stay

When I checked in, the room had about 20 live flies. The cleaning crew probably left the door open while cleaning. There were no bath towels in the room. A car outside our room, with a flat tire, appeared to have been there for a long time. It may have been abandoned.

No coffee cups or wifi. Drug dealers fbi surveillance. But as a place to sleep and leave right away and cheep it gets 4 stars sorry i well not return.
