値段以上にすごく清潔、快適なホテルでした。 スタッフの方のも親切でツアーの紹介など直ぐに対応してくださいました。

設備が整っていて、快適。リゾートホテルです。ウエルカムドリンクのサービスもよかった。 英語ができるスタッフが少ないが、みんな親切で感じがよい。

Al llegar nos recibieron con una bebida refrescante, lo agradecemos mucho. Favor de mejorar la calidad de los colchones, sus colchones, unas tablas de madera o el piso es lo mismo ... favor de hacerlas mas confortables ...

The hotel is a 20min walk from downtown. Staff was nice, the room was clean. We had dinner one day and the restaurant was good. We enjoyed the pool as well.

This is a GREAT hotel. Amazing pool, amazing bar and restaurant, super clean rooms, well off road so very quiet. They ley me keep my motorcycle under the roof of the bus bay, which was super amazing. Thus, the Real gets 5 ***** for motorcycle friendly hotel, in addition to a great all around hotel.
